I did that, but I can't seem to get any contact with them. The "Contact Us" section is broken, and their isn't a phone number anywhere. Also tried to call their Alpha, but haven't heard back in a few days. I dunno...

if I were you, I'd contact them through their website. Then, if that doesn't work, you can call up to headquarters to get their contact information...or try their consultant.
