Delta Delta Delta Recruitment!!

Hey ya’ll!

We just finished recruitment here, and were all so excited about the new girls. So proud of everyone, and way excited about all the new wonderful and gorgeous girls!! We ended up having more girls in our new pledge class then any other house on campus!! Here is the break down!! :)

COLORADO MATCHED TO QUOTA, PLUS 4! TOTAL OF 73 NEW MEMBERS!

The Theta Beta women are just THRILLED, as they should be! WOW! :D

Jessica Scott and Cristina Dominguez were the two FCs helping them through this year’s recruitment transition (the campus just moved back to fall recruitment).

TRI DELTA IS NOW OVER CAMPUS TOTAL!

How did fall recruitment go? I heard that you had just switched over from deferred.

Thank you!! Yes, Fall Recruitment went really well,:) it was a lot more work though, usually in the spring we have about 400 girls or so come through to 9 houses on campus (not counting non-traditional sororities) . How ever with recruitment in the fall we had close to 900 girls come and we were not expecting that. Take Bid dayfor example we only prepared for 60 girls max, we had 73 coming. There were some last minute buying of food, haha When do you have recruitment?

How do you take a pc of 73? Do you know all of their names? I can't stand that, how do you build a relationship/sisterhood with all of them?

You would be amazed at how quickly you get to know the girls in a large class. You shouldn't judge what you are not familiar with. :mad:

There are schools with chapters that take 80+.

What is it that you cannot stand? How does someone else's pledge class affect you so that you can't stand it?

Wait until Ole Miss Recruitment begins. Quota was 84 last year.
