Jen K was never the "main star" of Greek.
They used a Phi as an "O"? Gee...can't wait for that one.
The local at MTSU is Phi Chi. This is going to be a fun recruitment year for them. :/
Oooh ok. I get it now.

I just saw the ad for this on myspace and wanted to swing by to see what people were saying.
Pinksirfidel, that IS a seriously cute website at MTSU. Hopefully a show of this type will generate some interest and "accidentally" do us some good for once instead of making us look like elitist nympho drones. Thanks for sharing the link! I am going to make sure post it to a bulletin the week the show premieres. Every little bit helps. : ) |
It looks very "Dying to Belong" - remember that Lifetime movie...? Yeah, that's what it makes me think of. Not a good thing. Will I watch? Yeah, probably :p

wow... that show looks bad.
i dont know.... i came across it and, at first, I thought it was wayyyyy dumb. then i got hooked after the trailer.
I feel like greek concentrates on greek events a lot and this myspace show is more about ritual. I could be wrong though. |
I just watched the entire 2 minute episode and it was pretty lame. You can already tell what is going to happen. The story's been told ten times over.
Did you notice the letters - Phi Chi Kappa - spells out Ph-C-K? Nice and classy! |
The first web episode is up! And it was filmed on my campus - totally weird. Now that I think about it, I remember hearing about a "movie" being filmed on Greek row early in the summer. Guess this was it?

A) Nice enunciation, chapter pres. Did you learn English from watching soap operas?
B) Some of those sorority sisters look like they're 30. |

This poor girl is just getting typecasted now LOL! She will forever have to play the sorority legacy that doesn't want to join but does anyway for her own ulterior motives. This show is RIDICULOUS! It makes GREEK look like a true to life documentary, if that's even possible (and I am shamefully addicted to GREEK LOL)
I don't know why I have kept up with it. It is absolutely aweful. It is the epitome of every cliche rumor. They circled the fat on the pledges in episode fourteen. It is everything I feared Greek would be and am thankful Greek is not. I would guess none of the writers are a member of a GLO.
Ok so apparantly the actress who is playing the main character in this is the viral/internet video QUEEN. Anyone remember lonleygirl15? Yup, same chick, and the acting is JUST as bad in this LOL
the 'greek row' in the show is washington state universities greek row. and the white house that they had a 'crush' dance or whatever is AGRs. but they just used the outsides of houses because no one would let them use their houses. they tried to use mine (Tri Delta) as the main phi chi house but we said no.
I actually like it so far. It's kinda cheesy but interesting
Has anyone been watching this???
That girl, I think her name is Madison- the one who did Taryn in, I can't stand her voice! I wish it had been her they found in the bath tub! This show is hilarious. I love how it's a big secret society that "everyone's" in on. And then even the president doesn't even know what's going on, but she's sure trying to act like she does. I just tune in so I can laugh. It only takes about 15 min. a week to watch.

I "love" it in that its such a horrible train wreck you can't not look at it. . . . It's like every greek stereotype amplified by 100 with secret society skull & bones stuff thrown in. Bridget and Madison are both annoying and even Julie is getting to me a bit. . .
ok-so the sorority=giant secret baby factory...................WHACKED. Most.........lame........ever
I agree. It definitely get the lamest ever season finale. I guess they want to ensure nobody asks for more?
Can you imagine having a baby factory in the basement of your sorority house? At least they broke from the stereotypes. I'm sure I never heard that rumor before. |
That was horrible. . . Not that the show had potential but there are so many far more exciting stereotypes they could of ended with. . . (Side-note - Lifetime did a movie a few months ago about a college girl and a secret society that was like a woman's skull and bones. . . That movie was far better than this myspace thingy and it really wasn't a good movie)

Co ed?

I know it's really sad, but I gotta say I'm addicted even as I shake my head at the bad acting and stereotypes. I don't know why. I totally missed that this is the season finale. Not impressed.
I don't know about you guys, but that was exactly like my sorority experience. Ahh, college. BTW, they don't seem to have parents or classes...
