I have no idea how that compares. That'll put us up near 50 in terms of membership. I haven't paid much attention to the other groups since around 2003, and even then, my information wasn't great.

If everyone did pretty well in rush, it can't be long before we expand again though. Maybe ATO will come back to campus (they left 2 years ago because of membership and risk management issues).

banditone 09-11-2008 05:04 PM

University of Tennessee (Epsilon Eta) - 18

Kevin 09-12-2008 10:10 AM

Correction -- my chapter took 16. We had 19 "sign," but only took 16 of those.

banditone 09-21-2008 05:11 PM

Florida State University (Zeta Zeta) - 35.

ZK761 09-22-2008 12:09 AM

Fresno State (Zeta Kappa) - 16

banditone 09-22-2008 02:48 PM

University of Arkansas (Gamma Upsilon) - 50 (From another site; not sure how reliable that is)

jrb363 09-22-2008 06:41 PM

Mississippi State University (Iota Gamma colony) - 14 at the moment although we'll continue recruiting for our Fall class until the end of September. We hope to have a class of at least 20-25. We currently have 36 men total, up from 6 this time last year.

Commander of the Iota Gamma colony,

John Butler

banditone 09-28-2008 05:42 PM

The University of Iowa (Beta Mu) - 36 new members

Kedzman 10-01-2008 11:17 PM

Theta Eta (Northern Illinois) began semester with 47 actives and took 23 pledges. That makes 70. We graduate 13 this year. We hope we take at least 13 in the spring so we can return 70 next fall. Then a 30 man pledge class makes us a 100-man fraternity!

Kevin 10-01-2008 11:31 PM

Congratulations Theta Eta.

Kedzman, has HQ tapped you yet to train alumni volunteers? If not, they need to. My reading of the situation has you personally involved in a lot of the success of Theta Eta. I'd love to be able to know what you've found works and doesn't work.

Updated the main post. Thanks for the info guys.
How about: Mizzou? Okie State? Ole' Miss? Alabama? North Tex? Just a few I'd be interested in hearing.
