I always laughed like a 12 year old because my school ID was a Vandal Card and many of us referred to it as a V-Card when we felt juvenile.

i would say when your hymen breaks (but that can also break from horseback riding and gymnastics) so i guess i would say if you've had vaginal intercourse you're not a virgin but you can have oral sex and still be a virgin IMHO

Yeah, it's probably flawed, but I think it encompasses people I know who have had some sort of sexual experience which doesn't involve hymen or risk of pregnancy.
