Yeah, the chancellor is being super strict about 420 at UC Santa Cruz this year. I had to show my parking permit and student ID to get onto campus this morning. (They normally only check your permit OR ID not both at night.)

Personally, I'm glad they're cracking down on it. People can do what they want to do but is that the reputation we want for our school? That's our "school tradition"? I heard the gov was threatening to cut federal aid because of the school condoning this illegal activity. Ohhhh lord...

God, where have I been? First I've ever heard of any of this.

The Deadheads I know have the baby Dead concerts all marked off for the summer. Thank heavens they're not "salesmen" at the concerts!

Yeah, there was supposed to be a protest here because of the new security measures for 4/20 (there are a lot of protests here)...I wonder if it actually happened. :p

People who actually do celebrate 4/20 are just posers and wannabes, IMO.

Advances in marijuana growing have brought us glorious strains that provide you with "energetic" highs that allow you to actually function. You can get things done...you're just kind of googly doing it.

I actually agree with you, I was kind of joking. I don't think I even know anybody that actually "celebrates" it. Chances are they smoked the day before and are more that likely gonna smoke the day after.

I've got a lot of poser and wannabe friends on my MySpace, so naturally my bulletin inbox was flooded with 4/20 wishes. I call them my "one hitter quitters."
