For those looking for summer job:
Cool works.
I was helping a friend look for an outdoor job and came across this--cool works. It has ranch/resort/camp jobs. A member of my family needed something new in life so I told her about the site. She answered a job listing at a dude ranch, met one of wranglers (hey, cow girl), who was a grad student taking some time off from school. They have since married, now have 2 babies. My friend decided to hitch hike around Europe.
