we have figured out a way to Chat!
 

I'm so excited! LOL. If you have AIM, and if other GCers are online, we can create a chatroom! All you have to do is IM ppl to be added to your chatroom.

So if these GCers (or anybody else's name that you know) are online: (we are chatting as I type!)

IM anyone of them to start a chat! Then you can click on somebody's name on your buddy list to add them to the chat http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/smile.gif.

Oh- forgot to add. WE are chatting right now - so if anyone is online right now, IM me or the others to be included in the chat!

We could just use the GC Chat - but it's getting too hard - we keep on pressing the ignore button to cope with those idiots!

And I'm Lerfie by the way. Having different nics between GC and AIM is gonna get confusing!

what happens if you would like to chat along but don't have AIM??

I don't know if it will work with the chats, but you can use AIM express. You register for AIM, but don't download the software. then, click the AIM Express link, and it will open up an explorer window running AIM.

I have compuserve(which is somewhat compatible with AOL but its a simple version) IM with Explorer and then AOL IM on my netscape browser. For some reason only my netscape is compatible with AOL group chats. But I'm usually on in the evening and I've met everyone that newbie listed. Its been lots of fun. The Greekchat Room is ok but those greek people(from the country) keep harrasing us so we decided we'd give AIM a try. Anyways, I'm on usually in the evenings and my AIM names are below. Leslie is right. It does get confusing with the names. Chat with you guys later.
