This time next year.....
 

Now that 2007 is coming to a close and we're thinking about the upcoming year, what do you think you will be actually doing/want to be doing by this time next year?

Me - should have a new house and (hopefully) a new car. Who knows -- maybe a new job if hubby gets another job outside the Atlanta metro area... He's promised me for years if he gets a $50k raise, I can quit. ;)

Our family will be bigger!

I will hopefully have my own condo.

No me digas!


I haven't a clue about next year. I hope to have a better hold on getting CGR by then!

New job, new home (where, I cannot tell . . .)!!!

With all of the job cuts happening in my industry, I hope to still be gainfully employed while building my internet business.

I'll be married!

Better pay at both jobs.
Finances in check.
Mental health in check.
Rocky friendships back on solid ground.
On my way to buying a condo.

I should 2 terms of grad school behind me, after being derailed by one screwed up school. The idea of changing careers was much easier than putting it into action. In January, I will be on my way.
Books, studying, tests, writing papers: I haven't been challenged outside of my comfort level for some time.

I'll have a new mailing address. :)

I'll be married and celebrating Chiristmas with my parents back in VA!

I agree, but I have bike not a car.

i will be in a job where i am happy! or graduate school.

and perhaps not as heavy.

Hopefully living on my own, and hopefully a nice boy will be in the picture.

This will be fun to read next year!

What I can control:

I'll be only inches away from getting my Master's Degree! :)
I'll be organized.
I'll weigh less.
I'll be involved in the local Kappa Delta Alumnae Association.

What I can only hope for:

My parents will still be in good health.
I'll be an aunt! (crossing fingers)


Oh, and I'll go in with Nikki and Benzgirl with having mental health in check. :D

At this time next year, I'll be halfway done with my senior year of undergrad. I think I'll be done applying to grad schools. There's only one I want to go to, and I have a pretty good chance of getting in.

I don't know where my boyfriend will be, because he's applying to law schools right now. I also don't know where my little (biological) sister will be, because she hasn't gotten replies from all of the colleges she applied to! Haha ok, I guess I know where I'll be, but I won't know where I'll be visiting my loved ones.

My baby is due in March, so he'll be around 9 months this time next year. :)

I will be living in another city. I have not decided on where, but I know I will not be in Jacksonville anymore.

• One step closer to to buying an apartment in NYC...working on the saving issue now. Hopefully will be closing in early-to-mid 2009. It takes a long time here!
• Finished with at least some of the Architectural Registration Exam segments. DaddyMunchkin says they will buy me a Rolex when I am registered!

Otherwise, I can't really think of anything else. 2007 was a really good year for me, and now I just have to do more "grown-up" things...

This time next year...hopefully out of Iraq, drunk off my ass in Europe, and making out with the hottest chick I can find.

I would settle for just being out of this shithole though!
