Yeah! Finally a recruitment with a Sigma chapter! I'm looking forward to hearing this one...I've enjoyed UNC recruitment stories in the past!

Awwww...I love JD. Although, honestly, I can't stand to look at PICTURES of Zach Braff. He always looks so good on the show, but really dorky in pictures. I think it's that beak-like thing that's supposed to be his nose!:p

yay for a school with chi omega!! i know a couple girls from my cabin when i was a sleepaway camp counselor that are going through or already went through rush there!! good luck and cant wait to hear the rest of your story!

I have Round 3 in 2 hours.. I don't think I've been so nervous in my entire life!

I'm about to head out for dinner and stuff, but just wanted to update and say that I not only got invited back to all 4 houses but I had the most AMAZING time :D I'll go into more detail later. Thanks for y'alls support!

I'm glad Philanthropy/House tours went well for you! It's exciting to find a UNC thread -- I always wonder how rush is going there every year. Things change so much from year to year -- I couldn't believe everyone was in skirts and dresses for the open house round -- when I was going through rush, almost every single PNM/rushee wore khaki J-Crew or GAP shorts that round. We looked like an army of camp counselors! Looking forward to hearing how house tours turned out! Good luck!

Quota was 60 for every house, but most houses took above that. And supposedly, 75% of the women were placed with their first choice house!

My friend seems to have had a great recruitment! She is a junior transfer, so she was cut from a few of her top choices, but she seems to be really positive about the whole experience. Her attitude alone has been admirable. She said to me "I am not too concerned about who is the popular group, I am just looking for sisterhood." She did pref three chapters last night, and says she can see herself with any of those groups, but especially her top two.
