Recruitment 2007 Results??

Is anyone keeping track of results for this season?

From Auburn AGD: Approximately 1200 women participated. On the Alpha Gamma Delta list,
there are 58 names from at least 48 hometowns or high schools.
Because of a 99 or 100 % return rate to parties, AGD was required by
PH to release more women more quickly than any other NPC group during
the week than in past years.

If you wish to see the Auburn entire pledge list, go to
http://fp.auburn.edu/greek/bidlist.htm
If you copy the entire list and put it into EXCELL, you can then sort
by Greek Group, by home town, and alpha.

Yes, Gamma Phi Chapter made Quota + :)

I don't remember exact number, but I'm thinking 46? I was talking with former CA about it yesterday, and the women are very excited about their new members!

AGDLynn 08-23-2007 09:55 PM

The new Per. Dev. Advisor sent me an email of 45 so do I hear 47?;)

UGAalum94 08-26-2007 09:34 PM

Any word from Mercer?

AGDLynn 08-26-2007 09:50 PM

Not yet.

West Ga has recruitment starting on Thursday; the chapter has only received copies of 97 applications from Panhellenic!!

Last year, I think 180 signed up but only 130 showed up?? Not sure about that but it seems correct this time of night.;)

Hey, I'll send this in a regular email, but I'm available to help Friday night and again Sunday night or Monday morning, whenever you need me. I can't remember the schedule, but I'll check it.

Great job, Gamma Iota!

Did Chi Omega snap their way up, I hope? I have a couple of excellent former students in Chi Omega and Alpha Gam there, and I want their groups to do well!

AGDLynn 09-03-2007 11:32 PM

Gamma Tau - West Ga

Quota was 15

AGD 17 2 legacies!! (1 - mom GA, 2 sis-GTau, and I think gmom - not sure). The other's mom and cousin are GTau).
AXiD 11
Chi Omega 15
Delta Delta Delta 17
Kappa Delta 17
Phi Mu 17

Recruitment #s were very low this year. I don't have the exact results with me but i am thinking that there were about 180-ish signed up last year and about 150 ish showed up.

This year 152-ish signed up and 134 showed up.

THANKS TO ALPHAGAMUGALUM for showing up to help decorate for pref!! If I had on jeans and socks/tennis shoes I would have stayed but my feet hurt.;)

This is why quota went from a normal 21-22 down to 15 year.Only 1 group is at chapter total of 65 so the others can COR.

UGAalum94 09-03-2007 11:45 PM

Congrats! Those results look great! And almost all the groups made quota!

I am not 100% sure but I think so.
And other Gamma Iota news- I've been told they are only 2 away from total!

PenguinTrax 09-05-2007 12:32 PM

FSU's chapter made quota plus.

UTD Epsilon Psi Chapter

Hey,
Our chapter at UTD made quota (23). The only other organization we were competing with was Theta and they got 22. It was a good recruitment (my first one on the inside ) :)

This is great news too! I hope it was fun for you.

Taualumna 09-09-2007 11:19 PM

U of T recruitment starts this coming Saturday (Partially Structured ratheer than formal this year). Tau is coming back with 31 members, the largest on campus (next biggest group is 26). Total has been lowered to 40 (from 45) so we could very well reach total for the first time in over 20 years THIS RECRUITMENT!

Will keep you guys posted :)

AGDLynn 09-10-2007 07:14 AM

At Brenau, quota was 7 and Mu got 10!:D

That makes all Georgia chapters receiving quota plus so far. (I think NGa has deferred rec.)

SFSU Recruitment in Process

San Francisco State University's fall recruitment continues to grow each year. We had about 200 women come to Open House expressing interest in the three national organizations. Alpha Gam is doing a great job and I will provide updates. They are thinking that quota may be around 45+, our current chapter is 45. Stay tuned...bid day is Friday

Benzgirl 09-18-2007 03:48 PM

Ohio University - Zeta

I am happy to report that OU met quota of 21 this year and snap bid 2 others, totalling 23 pledges.
They are doing informal in 2 weeks

Benzgirl 09-18-2007 10:11 PM

Bowling Green

Alpha Kappa took 5 ladies. Quota was 14

agdpearlgirl76 09-21-2007 11:32 AM

Delta Pi - San Francisco State University

Delta Pi was the only group on campus to reach quota during formal recruitment with 33 quota plus 1 for 34 potential new members. The chapter did an amazing job obtaining their entire first list!!!
