Lindsay Lohan's 2nd DUI

Lindsay was arrested this morning for DUI and cocaine possession. She's already been released on bail for 25,000.

Paris must have called her and told her that prison was "hot" and she totally had to try it out herself...i mean, you cant get much more exclusive than that, right?

Wasn't she wearing some sort of alcohol monitoring ankle thing? So even if she had made it home, she would have been busted for breaking her probation, right?
I am starting to think Paris, Britney, and Lindsey think life is a real version of "Celebrity Death Match".

i thought she volunteered to wear the bracelet. hmm, must not have gone with her outfit.:rolleyes:

I read somewhere that the ankle bracelet company (SCRAM, is it?) wasn't even aware that she was arrested when they were asked to comment. :rolleyes:

I don't like her just like the rest of you, but now I can't help but feel sorry for her. At the rate she's going, she's going to end up in a box by the time she's 30!

You make more money in one night as a "guest" at one of these parties than most of us will make all year. Call a freakin' cab or hire a driver to shuttle your drunk self around.

Isn't this her 2nd DUI this month?

I feel bad for her too and we all know about her family situation. I just read some reports that she is heading back to rehab today.

IM sorry, i just dont understand going past so much as a 7-11 after rehab, if you know you want to go and grab some beer...these girls are still hitting the clubs, the afterparties, the concerts...you have to remove yourself from the situation in order to benefit from rehab! you cant get out and call up your entire group of pre-rehab friends and say "hey yall! im out! lets hit the club and celebrate!" because you will be back on MTV looking stupid...

TMZ has learned that Britney's self-arranged photo shoot and interview with OK! Magazine was a complete disaster. We're told that the photos are so bad, execs at the magazine are, at this moment, trying to decide whether to report what actually happened -- or sanitize the truth to protect the pop train wreck.

According to multiple sources, Britney's behavior during the interview was "nothing less than a meltdown." She was, according to our sources, "completely out of it" during the shoot. The photos are "so bad" we've learned, that to publish them could "kill her career."

Apparently, Brit Brit's eyes rolled back in her head at one point, causing her to look half dead. Her mood, we're told, was extremely erratic. She took frequent bathroom breaks our source says, and each time she returned her mood would change. She was also completely paranoid during the entire interview, fearing at one point the ceiling was about to cave in on her. Out of control y'all!

We've also learned that Brit had some issues with hygiene on the set as well. At one point, Britney ordered up some fried chicken to munch on. We're told after she chowed down, she wiped her hands on a several thousand dollar Gucci dress that she was wearing for the shoot, staining it with grease. Yuck! One of her dogs also needed some assistance in the housebreaking department. Our on-set spy says that the dog pooped all over the floor, and Brit used (what else?) -- a Chanel dress to clean it up! How trashtastic!As for how Brit looked for the photos, another nightmare. We've learned that OK! hired two of the best hair and makeup artists in L.A. to transform the once-bald beauty into something more presentable, but she wasn't havin' none of that. She refused to let the hired help touch her, opting instead for her "skanky friends" to do her hair and makeup. No wonder she always looks so fantastic!

And if you're wondering where her mom/publicist/lawyer/friend/ANYONE was to help her out, we're told that even her cousin Alli (who until recently was working as her personal assistant) couldn't deal, and is "done" with Miss Spears.

We'll see when OK! hits the stands this week -- if they actually have the balls to print the truth about what happened. We're guessing they don't!

A call to Brit's rep was not immediately returned. A rep for OK! would not discuss the upcoming issue.

While it was Spears' people who first approached the glossy to "finally set the record straight," Spears' behavior leading up to, during and following the ill-fated photo shoot and interview have only seemed to fuel reports that her personal problems show no signs of waning.
The interview was intended to kick off at a home in the Hollywood Hills at noon on July 19. Per OK!'s timeline of events, an hour and a half before the chat session was to begin, the magazine received a "frantic" phone call from Spears' new assistant, Shannon Funk, who, despite informing the photo editor two days prior that Spears would be bringing her own clothes for the cover shoot, wanted to ensure that a designer wardrobe would be provided.
The 25-year-old star eventually rolled in to the location 45 minutes late, bringing with her a posse of five—Funk, a bodyguard and three unidentified friends. Upon entering the home, Spears "promptly banished" all but OK!'s hair and makeup crew to another floor of the spacious house, before eventually ordering them, too, to leave her quarters, the magazine reports.
Spears then attempted to have her own attendants, using the products and tools of the magazine's pros, complete her look, before OK! editor in chief Sarah Ivens put the kibosh on the freelance plan.
But hair and makeup wasn't the only thing not up to snuff for Spears.
The singer took issue with the wardrobe selection. She deemed the clothes unsexy, with their prime faults being that they lacked in tightness and shortness. Once again, the OK!'s assembled team was driven out, with Spears promoting Funk to stylist.
The actual Q&A with Spears reportedly stopped as soon as it began, when after only a few minutes, the entertainer decided to break for lunch. Against the urging of the stylists, who were tasked with ensuring the borrowed duds remained pristine enough to return to the designers after the session, Spears chowed on chicken and vegetables while still wearing a borrowed pink silk Alisha Levine dress costing $274.
After finishing her meal, the magazine claimed Spears "stood up and rubbed grease from her fingers into the front and back of the dress," effectively ruining the garment. A pair of $595 Marni shoes and a $5,602 Versace gown also met their demise in the course of the day.
Adding further insult to sartorial injury, Spears' new Yorkie, London, subsequently relieved himself on a $6,700 Zac Posen gown, per OK!'s account. After initially ignoring the incident, Funk eventually acquiesced to pick up the mess with a tissue but only after a staffer demanded it be taken care of, the magazine says.

I seriously don't feel bad for her at all. This girl was in rehab for drinking problems before she could even legally drink. And I don't buy the "The cocaine wasn't mine" excuse either.

You don't know anyone who developed a drinking problem before they could legally drink??? I knew kids in high school who were put in rehab. Alcoholism has no age limit.

Why in the world is her family in New York (mom, siblings) while Lindsay is in California so soon after her release from rehab? UGH!

As for becoming an alcoholic before 21. I have gotten the impression that in Hollywood, if you are a big "name," age doesn't matter when it comes to bars. Those bars want the stars (and paparazzi) in their clubs for promotion.

At this rate, she is going to be dead before 25!
