Please tell me WHY I saw Jason in the previews last night? Seriously, can't LC EVER get away from that train wreck? I mean, seeing the Heidi/Spencer story is going to be bad enough, they didn't need to add him into the mix.

Also, is is smart to assume Whitney didn't get the job in NYC since she's in the Hills 3? Or is there a possibility she got an equally good job in LA?

I believe the job she was interviewing for was in L.A., the only reason she went to NYC is because the editor in chief is there.

Almost forgot, the trailers for Newport Harbor(which is replacing Laguna) are up on MTV. Because another town in the O.C. is gonna be so different?

Brody & Spencer broke up!

I'm an avid reader of perezhilton.com. Did anyone else see the post on there taken from Spencer's website?? I'd link to it but I'm denied access at work. :( It's basically Spencer TRASHING Lauren, referring to her constantly as Beef Curtains, saying he and Heidi will take a lie detector test to prove that she's completely different on camera than in real life (???).

I saw it. *shakes head in disgust*

Yeah, I read it all the time too (so excited he's coming up to DC!). I hope there's little to NO Heidi/Spencer arc this season. I mean, drama's good and all, but let's find it somewhere else.

I'm considering going to 99.5's Little Black Dress Party to see him if I can get some of my sisters to go with me.

I like Heidi (even though she was awful to Lauren) but I can't STAND Spencer. He just acts like such a douchebag in all his scenes.

If you go to the LBD party you have to let me know. :p

And I DID like Heidi, until I heard her interview with Spencer totally bashing LC. Go to perezhilton (in the past day) to find it. I just don't know WHY she's being so mean, when Spencer is so obviously not a nice guy.

Worst thing I've heard in ages... MTV is supposedly in talks with Heidi and Spencer about producing a show about them trying to plan their dream wedding, Newlyweds style.

Only good thing about it is that in all the couples shows thus far on MTV have led to the couples breaking up. But seriously... God help us all. If this is true, I'm SO over MTV.

Does it make me a bad person if that's the first thing that I thought of too? LOL

Grrrrrr I hate that I'm at work and can't access perezhilton! I need my celebrity gossip fix that isn't filtered by my company. I can't wait to read the article on Heidi bashing Lauren!

How long do you think Spencer spent picking out that ring. 30 minutes tops? You're pledging a lifelong commitment and you just walk into some random shop and pick out the first diamond you see?? Was that even a diamond??

Wow I don't really get into this show but HOLY HELL this will be one dramarific season. I'm gona have to watch.

I threw up in my mouth a little after tonight's final scene between Heidi and Spencer in the 10:30pm est episode. OMG!

I'm sorry...asking Brody for $100,000 to buy Heidi's ring. What Spencer can't afford to buy Heidi a ring? And the one he bought...seriously doesn't look like a diamond. It doesn't even look like a CZ.

WTF was up with decorating the walls in the their apartment. Does Spencer really think Heidi would like that...and then he got the nerve to get upset because she didn't like it. UGH

OMG that was AWFUL.

Someone update me on the rumor that LC accused Heidi of starting. I didn't see the end of last season.

Sooo true. I don't even know why MTV's giving Spencer and Heidi any TV time. I mean a few minutes in the beginning was MORE than enough. And if they're going to be on screen, it needs to be with LC and the other girls, because just them together makes me want to gag.

I would've been LIVID with Spencer for decorating those walls with that hideous Hollywood graffiti! Who puts that in an apartment?!

Also, what the hell is that "engagement" ring. And he didn't even say the words "will you marry me?" For all the money he seems to have (hello, nice BMW!) he coud've gotten her a ring from a JEWELRY store atleast- not some tacky looking accessories shop!

Audrina's new guy:GROSS. I don't like long, shaggy hair period, but he looked practically homeless. And she's so pretty! I liked Lo and Lauren's "Justin Bobby" comments to him, it reminded me of me and my friends.

Also, I'm assuming from Jen Bunny and Heidi's convo that Jen and Lauren still aren't friends. Good for Lauren- I was watching season one of Laguna the other day and there is a scene where Jen sounds like such a show off: "Someone stepped on my $200 straightener, so my mom fired my maid and now I need to pick up after myself!" You're from Laguna, we already know you're rich.

Did anyone else catch during the previews for the whole season that they mention Whitney kissing Brody..?

^ for what it's worth, Spencer doesn't have any money. His dad is a successful dentist in LA.......whom he mooches off of.

Yes!! Ick...watching the episode last night I couldn't help thinking about the Southern Greek vs. West Coast Greek thread in the Greek Life forum...NOT that I buy into 98% of the BS on that thread, but all the guys on the episode seemed like the stereotypes of West Coasters that I've read.

First of all....spencer with his "proposal" made me throw up in my mouth & never want to be proposed to on a beach. He crushed my dreams :( lol. But that whole thing just seemed so unreal & insincere (sp?). I'm still amazed at how blinded Heidi is...its too bad

& ditto to Audrina's new guy. Definetely not a fan...but nona the guys are cute on the show, at least not to me, lol.

I caught that Whitney kissed Brody & Heidi & Spencer clearly DID start the rumors according to the previews.

I wasn't a huge fan before, but now, this season looks like it might just hold my interest.

Never heard that one before. Wasn't he Brody Jenner's manager too, or was that just a rumor?

minDyG, never thought of that, maybe that look on Audrina's guy is a West Coast "thing"? Gross. It looks like in upcoming episodes he's a real ass to Lauren too.. they showed a clip where the 3 of them are hanging out and Lauren asks if he wants her opinion of him and he basically tells her he doesn't care what she thinks.

I hope Heidi upgrades that ring.

I was also so excited to see that Lo is back :)

I laughed when Lauren found the guy with the accent to make out with. "I found a cute guy. With an accent. Who's leaving tomorrow. Jackpot!"

Overall, really excited for this season!

Heidi is just so sad. She just has such a low self esteem. It honestly looks as if she wanted to be friends with Lauren, but is being controlled by others and doing things to impress others.

Spencer is such an ass and not even attractive, but she follows his every lead. "Like lets go roll up on her" - completely starts a confrontation between the two and walks away like he had nothing to do with it and then twists it around to Heidi as if it was Lauren. Heidi can't even notice that she has no friends anymore - wouldn't that say something to you?

I know when my guy picked out my ring it took a lot more time and thought than just buying the first thing he saw...

If you notice in the previews of upcoming epsiodes, Spencer and Heidi see Jason & LC together, and Heidi makes a comment (I can't remember it verbatim) to the effect of maybe they were gonna do another sex tape.

About Audrina's guy... Mr. SSS and I both thought he was trying hard to be like Johnny Depp (and not successfully). Everything from the way he dressed to his weird accent.

Here's the deal with that douchebag.

- Yeah, his father is a famous L.A. Dentist
- He does have a "management company" called Innovator Management. It has 4 clients. Brody Jenner, Heidi, David Foster, and The Princes of Malibu DVD.
-He is the VP of Archangel L.A., a supposed silver jewelry producer that supposedly retails at two L.A. stores. Can't but or look at any of it online.
-Spencer and Brody also started a company that animates web graphics and designs celeb websites. His "clients" are David Foster, Nicole Richie, Korn, and Ya Boy.
- He is also supposedly producing Heidi's album. Bet that'll be a good one.
