Our PC held an EXTREMELY unstructured fall recruitment with no quota, no requirement for PNMs to visit all sororities, and no set bid day. I feel that this hurt us a bit. 1 org. got 7 or 8 new members, another got 6, one won't extend bids until next week (causing others to defer on our bid).
Eta Upsilon got 2 new members. They are amazing, beautiful women, but we just need to work hard the remainder of the fall to catch up. Good news is that we had A LOT of freshman come to our events, even though they are not eligible until next semester. We should have an AMAZING (and competitive) spring recruitment. |
Delta Pi (Winthrop University) has 27 new members
Zeta Gamma (Southestern Oklahoma State) has 10 new members!
Beta Beta (Missouri State) has 63 new members...I can't even imagine! I don't know what quota was.
From the Sigma Standard
Tri Sigma's newest colony was made official by an Arc Degree on September 17th welcoming 25 beautiful new women. The colony's home is the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York. The school is one of the nation's premier art and design schools. Tri Sigma is excited to be the school's second NPC group. Junior photography major, Jillan Mamey, was elected President at elections on Sunday, September 23rd. The chapter is excited about learning about Tri Sigma's rich history and traditions while being a part of creating a legacy of their own on campus. |
More from the Sigma Standard

Hey everyone! I'm the President of the Epsilon Phi Chapter at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. This was the best Recruitment we have ever had. We made quota (25) plus 1 and we are at total! This is the first time since 1991 that we have ever been at total!
Congrats to Epsilon Phi!
Epsilon Pi @ Presbyterian College has 20 new members!
Zeta Epsilon Recruitment
Hi everyone! I'm from Zeta Epsilon Chapter down in Miami.
I was a Pi Chi this year (I'm on the Panhellenic e-board at school), so I admit I was nervous... But we got 40 new members! 5 under quota, but we're above total for the first time ever! We initiated 28 earlier this month, and the rest are getting initiated next week (Finances seemed to be a problem this year. I admit, I'm concerned.). We also COB-ed 4 other girls who will also be initiated next week. :) |
Formal Recruitment week has just ended! The Delta Upsilon Chapter of Tri Sigma at Widener University has officially 14 new beautiful women!
SigmaLove...
