Perfect Date

What is your idea of the perfet date. The person, the location, the weather, w/e. After all it's your perfect date. Do tell...

That's a tough one. I would have to say April 25th. Because it's not too hot, not too cold, all you need is a light jacket.

My perfect date is with someone who doesn't ask a ton of annoying, stupid questions

Gracie Lou (sp?) Freebush has obviously never been to VA cause it just snowed on the seventh and it was freezing today.

The next date I have, I want it to be perfect. This will occur after several dates and also after I've known her for a while. I'm taking her to Niagra Falls in the winter time when the water is frozen and the colorful lights are gleaming off of the frozen falls at night. I want to wine (non-alchoholic) and dine her at the top of the spinning restaurant in the sky at night with classical or smooth jazz music playing in the background, and who knows I might get lucky.:p Now of course I really have to know and like the girl a whole lot for this to take place. ;)

I think she was just trying to spark conversation, lol. We seriously need more lighthearted topics on GC lately.

Thank you. And I made an effort to find a topic that no one had done before so I wouldn't get that "It's already been done" link.

AlethiaSi 04-11-2007 10:33 PM

hmmm ok my perfect date... I don't think it really has anything to do with where we are or what we're doing... my perfect date would be one where we just have that... connection.... i would prefer comfortable versus fancy.... going to a fun restaurant.... getting some drinks... talking all night.... like doing something stupid l(my ex and i went and played golf on our first date- grabbed a cooler and went out on the course- it was an absolute blast)

so as long as we have the conversation going and the attraction is there... thats my perfect date... :)

cheerfulgreek 04-12-2007 12:41 AM

I would consider a perfect date a blockbuster night with pizza and popcorn. I don't have to really go anywhere, just a nice night at home watching movies. It would be a perfect date, as long as he didn't try anything, but we all know how that goes.

AlexMack 04-12-2007 01:45 AM

We go out to dinner and then afterwards we walk along the beach barefoot and discuss books, and music, and and movies!

There's a scene in the 40 year old virgin where they ask him to talk about a girl he's had sex with and he talks about her sandbags and a bunch of other rubbish. You remind me of him. Plus you might be homosexual. But there's nothing wrong with that.

Nope, I'm not gay. I love women. Real women, not men turned into women either, just incase you were going to put that out there. I know you GC jokers too well.

The 40 year old virgin was a good movie. Kind of reminded me of me too.
