WHO"S GOING ???? :D :D :D New Brunswick was TONS of fun !!!

I'm planning on it! :D

The BF is from Florida, just a little North of Orlando, so hopefully he'll be able to go with!!

I'm planning on it - just depends on how much it costs. I'll probably go out a week early and stay in my timeshare and to the whole tourist thing.

I was concidering it, and the best thing is that all of my orgs (-BSP) have something in Disney this year. Phi Sig, TBS and Gamma Sig!

I dont think money wise it will work. Im not volunteering at the moment, so Id be going to go - which isnt bad - but I also am most likely going to Chicago for Gamma Sig's convention as a delegate...

You all shoud make a short trip north after visiting Fl and come see me in the beautiful Nation's Capital!

Does anyone know anything about the Convention at Disney besides the date?

It's at the Hilton I wish they would get on the registration and flight stuff... my BFs parents are from FL too... so he'll most likely be coming out with me as well, and stay with them in St. Augustine. while I'm doing my sorority and do disney with me. WOOHOO.. Ali... I REALLY hope you can make it !!! I think that Beth should be coming out again... we could have a reunion you should totally be there !!!! TARA ... Are you going ??!!

I must be totally out of the loop. What is going on at Disney? I live 2.5 hours away.

I *may* go. I miss you guys and would love to see you. We have friends in Orlando. Plus, who can pass up disney. I just wish it wasn't so dang expensive as a non-del alum. And, I would only be able to go to some of the stuff... wonder if my whites still fit post baby...

I'm booking my convention package tomorrow. I've already got my timeshare booked for the week earlier.

where can I find info about going? I'd really love to go but I too am not a delegate. I'm just really good friends with our archon and we thought it'd be great fun to go :)

Go to the Sisters Only part of Phi Sig's website... I think the registration form will be in your events page - or at least it should be. If it's not, let me know and I'll send you the info. :D

It is great fun to go, but pricey for non delegates... :( :(

Yeah it is... I think my bursar (who wanted to go as a non-delegate) and I figured out today that it would be at least $400 for room and food - and you'd still have to get your own way out there, only delegates have the travel paid for.

Good news for those that are going though... Disney has tickets that are cheaper for after 2pm, and 4pm! Yay!

I've been back for almost a week and a half now... Still haven't downloaded the pictures! EEEK!

But they voted on changing Supreme Council to more of a Board of Directors structure.

And I'm so bad, I don't remember who got voted in! Haha!

I know Sandy Grossman is still Grand Archon. Melanie Boone is Grand Vice Archon of Finance. But I can't tell you who the 4 Directors are, because I will probably get 1 or 2 mixed up. :p

I'm sure someone else *cough*Carolyn*cough* will remember! ;):D

Thanks Tara. I wouldn't have remembered Pamela Downey or Aggie Malter until I looked at all the paperwork.

So everyone start saving up money for Vegas. The alum chapter is looking at April or May (if I recall correctly) for the alum reunion. March is a no go because of March madness plus lots of conventions they figure.

2009 is in my brother's backyard so I think I have to go visit my brother that I haven't seen in a few years.

I am about 3 hrs north of Norfolk!

I was soooo excited for Disney and now I can't go which stinks, I had a blast in New Brunswick even though I had to leave Saturday right after ritual and what not. Where voting was alot quicker then anyone expected considering we had to vote on the whole disney Convention issue everyone was expecting it to take a few a hours and it didn't which was nice. Stinks that I can't be in Disney though :(
