Music groups you like but are not suppose to like.
I was thinking that there are still ignorant people out in the world that think that if you're black your musical taste are restricted to R & B, Rap/Hip-Hop and Gospel. im insulted because no one added DMB to this list...
me and my friend have something called the ratio... where we size up our iPod every few months and see if we're in balance of "white" and "black" music. i know its mad ridiculous, but we'll be like "ok, you can have britney spears in there but you have to have that new ludacris to balance the ratio." again, ridiculous, but we amaze each other with our selections. i've got a LOT of DMB and a few other rock songs (Adema, AC/DC, Nickelback, Korn, Prodigy, Nirvana). ive got some showtunes too (Aida, Spamalot, Rent) and pop (i might have every BSB album cause i used to be a big fan). LitAKAtor: I LOVE Joss Stone - she gets serious airtime on my iPod. |
