You know you wanna go out and buy Shortfuse a few pair to model for you!!!;) :o :p

AKA2D '91 01-21-2007 09:22 PM

I guess anything beats the hanging pants, advertising their underwear. The leggins, however, WILL at some point advertise something else. (EVIL GRIN) :p :p  :o

Maybe men leggings can be part of the attire for intake for BGLO fraternities?http://www.clicksmilies.com/s1106/en...smiley-002.gif

AKA2D '91 01-21-2007 09:28 PM

Probably... WOW!

Little32 01-21-2007 09:37 PM

This is the part that got me.

"That said, I know a lot of guys who wear leggings around the home to watch DVDs, lounge around before Premiership games or surf the Internet. But actually on the street, never mind into a nightclub or bar? Yet, the truth is that leggings are way more comfortable than pants and that if we fellows were not all so uptight and worried about our status we would have all begun wearing them a long time ago."

Who are these men that wear leggings around the house?

In Minnesota we call them thermal underwear and trust men do wear them under their pants in the winter and lounge around at home in them. :D

Little32 01-21-2007 10:06 PM

Well thermal underwear, ...okay. Man-leggings by any other name do sound so much better.

AKA2D '91 01-21-2007 10:06 PM

Football players wear them as well. BUT, I am sure many are NOT going to wear them as shown by the model above.

Baggy pants? or leggins? I still can't see Fraquan and 'nem wearing leggings (as his pants) with his Timbalands hanging on the corner. He would lose MAJOR street cred. :p :o

Dionysus 01-21-2007 10:10 PM

mmm mmm a guy I know wore something that looked like that as a part of his Halloween costume...I could not stop staring down there mmm mmm

pinkies up 01-21-2007 10:11 PM

That model looks like "At least I'm getting paid, at least I'm getting paid."

CrimsonTide4 01-21-2007 10:15 PM

Let's imagine our Passas preaching from the pulpit wearing these leggings.

pinkies up 01-21-2007 10:19 PM

That's just wrong, lol. I'm going to hell for enough things.
Our pastor is old, but we have some younger/attractive guest pastors. Instead of digesting the word, I would be looking at those leggings the whole sermon. That's worst than random guys wearing wifebeaters to church (yes, I see them every now and then  )

NOOOOO. I didn't want that image in my head. LOL

sigmadiva 01-22-2007 01:02 AM

This is another gender-crossover style that does not work. Kinda like when the fashion trend a while back was 'men in skirts'. Yuck!!

...see, you must have forgotten I'm gon see you in a couple of weeks and the element of surprise is on my side, right? :)

as for the leggings... I long wistfully for the days when men dressed like men and women dressed like women and nobody thought it was "cute" for sartorial trainwrecks like the above to occur.

BlessedOne04 01-22-2007 06:15 PM

I don't ever want to see a man wearing leggings again!!! Its just not right.

MexicanMami0286 01-23-2007 12:28 AM

oh my eyes, my eyes!

and why the hideous color? could they have at least matched.

ooh, sorry, i forgot...high fashion! nothing has to match!

delph998 01-23-2007 10:55 AM

My daddy's a pastor and the thought of that... All I see are church socks and gator shoes! Just wrong, CT4!!! ;)

ladeia 01-23-2007 09:59 PM

This worse that men that wear thongs!

__That DARN__LaDeia:p

MzDoctaKay 01-24-2007 05:13 PM

Scary. In reality, all it takes is for one "cool" celebrity to try it, and it's a wrap. I never thought in a million years I'd live to see the day when men - especially black men - would think wearing Pink is fashionable..... Nor did I think men wearing Shirley Temple Curls (Snoop Dogg) would be acceptable. To be truthful, I wouldn't be surprised to see a brother wearing a pair of leggings! :(

Steeltrap 01-24-2007 05:25 PM

Most brothers are just too muscular/thick in the legs to pull off high fashion. Unless you look like Ozwald Boateng, just say no.

Intense1920 01-24-2007 07:17 PM

I keep hoping that this is a figment of my imagination. LOL
