Favorite GC trainwreck?

Was it Gamma Chi?

Was it SKEPi?

What thread just makes your head explode to even think of the title? Please share!

Probably Hootie getting raw on Kitso, and their combined mass destroying furniture.

Fat people doing it are hilarious, and they are NO exception.

Drolefille 11-08-2006 01:09 PM

SKEPi....
I missed Gamma Chi
And The AI forum thread headed by Earp

AlphaFrog 11-08-2006 01:15 PM

This and this were pretty good trainwrecks.

Oh man...her EXIT thread was especially classic. Too bad it's not preserved for future GC generation.

Great quote from James on the Amalia rush thread (regarding AI):

Omg...lol.

I'd have to say it was the mess I cleaned up years ago in the D&R forum in the "Relationships on GC" thread. Turns out some people really did have relationships (or thought they did) that went very, very sour.

Try actually being there before the fact and getting kicked out so the furniture destruction could commence. :(

I'm a lucky girl.

How did I miss these two gems?

I am partial to Prejudism as the ultimate trainwreck.

Hilarious, with Gamma Chi coming in right around there. If you read how fired up some people were about an interweb fraternity, it's just pure comedy.

It was really scary how some people took their "officer" position so seriously.

I remember LMAO because some Gamma Chi-ers were really trying to be elitist.

Oh man, I wish she was still around. She said some of the darndest things.

She made up this "laundry list" of things that was "supposedly" associated with being white...but said she would NEVER vote republican. LOLZ

ETA: Okay, I was sorta off! But here's the post.

I think BabyP and her ridiculous sex posts were my favorite...though she never turned into that big of a trainwreck, she just kind of phantomed out for no reason. Also, I second the Hootie/Kitso situation, that was some funny stuff right there my friends. Though the thought of the two of them having sex does kind of make me gag, gross. :(

valkyrie 11-08-2006 05:16 PM

Dance Marathon for America, if a person can count as a trainwreck.

Also good -- the exposure (heh) of Hoosier's hazing porn.

Glitter650 11-08-2006 05:18 PM

I'm gonna go for gamma chi on this one. Also, I agree, BabyP was always good for some winners.

Yeah, I kind of think it would look like a huge vat of Crisco, with hair and flannel coming out.

FSUZeta 11-08-2006 06:33 PM

oh heavens........scandia's was pretty good.

it'll be funny if you all made a book out of printing all those threads :p title something along the lines like "The GC Records of Trainwrecks" haha

DeltaBetaBaby 11-08-2006 08:51 PM

With apologies to OTW, I am going to go with IH.

Sister Havana 11-08-2006 10:33 PM

What about the girl who was upset because all her sorority sisters were ugly? And she got cut because her hotness intimidated people?

VandalSquirrel 11-08-2006 10:41 PM

What about threads involving the Vs or Craig/UCFGHBPike? Most of those are pretty tragic.

Oh and certain AI/rush threads, especially about people who chase tornados while attending multiple law schools, or get scholarships to go back to school and rush when they have a kid and are 35. Or perp rush threads, those are classy as well.

cutie_cat_4ever 11-08-2006 10:51 PM

So what's this Gamma Chi thing about?

Word on the street says that "I can make you love me!" finally found a man and a bling bling ring to call her own. AFAIK, GC can breathe a sigh of relief for now.

valkyrie 11-08-2006 11:46 PM

Also, you can find a complete guide to Gamma Chi posts here. I really hope that I never again am as bored as I was that day.

Imagine if you were a mod, you'd be on GC all day just by reading all the controversial and drama threads they have in there.

Oh man I'd totally ignore all the drama and then blame the hot women for all of it without ever making an effort to enforce the terms of service.

Would you also scour the intarweb for sorority webpages so you can take their pictures and judge them on their Barbie factor, even though you are old enough to be the father or grandfather of those women?

Make sure you leave enough time to give sound relationship advice to those hot women going through difficult situations.

Naw, I'm just gonna hit on a hot GCer on vacation and tell her I want to sleep with her even though her BF's standing right next to her.

And then when she flat out rejects me and tells me where to put my wanker I'm gonna come back to GC and proceed to tell everybody how fat and ugly she is...you know, to hide the shame of my humiliation.

Tippiechick 11-09-2006 12:58 AM

Don't forget to moderate based on TEH HOTNESS of the poster!

BTW, I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT NO ONE HAS MENTIONED THESE BEAUTIES:

1: Hoosier's Dirty Little Secret
2. KDLady00
3. 20-something dress thread

I FORGOT ABOUT HER!!! Man, that chick was totally and completely nuts. I do however remember writing an H&A LJ post, like two years, that referred to this...hahaha, I need to see if I can go find it now!
