Wesley Snipes is a wanted man. The popular actor has been indicted on eight counts of tax fraud for failing to pay $12 million in taxes and failing to file tax returns. Snipes, 44, faces 40 years in jail. The I.R.S. says they can’t find him, but when they do, he is going to jail. Word has it Wesley is hiding out in Panama with his family.

Deelishis may have gotten Flavor Flav, but New York has got her own show. At least I got this prediction right. New York, a.k.a. Tiffany Patterson, will be starring in her own Flavor of Love spinoff. New York, 24, will be searching for love in The Flavorette. 20 men will fight for her love, and she will get to pick and choose. I love New York. This woman is made for TV. She was so unforgettable. They had to bring her back for season two of Flavor of Love. New York was not only funny, but she was loud and outrageous. Her mom is even funny. She’s off the hook. This is going to be a fun show. Look for Flav to return to win her heart during the mid season of the Flavorette. Will New York give him another chance or move on to something new? We won’t find out until next spring.

Congrats to Eddie Murphy and girlfriend Melanie Brown, “Mel B” of The Spice Girls. Mel is four months pregnant, and she and Eddie are getting married in a few weeks. This is going to be baby number 7 for Eddie, and this will be Mel’s second child. She has a 7-year old daughter. I figured Eddie would be getting married before his Dreamgirls movie opened, but I never imagined he would be having another child. Eddie Murphy will be starring with Jamie Foxx, Beyonce and Jennifer Hudson in the movie musical Dreamgirls. The Oscar buzz is on Eddie, and he will have to face the press. Ever since he was discovered with a transvestite, he has avoided the press. But now, with a young wife and baby on the way, he can talk about his new life. This past spring, Eddie divorced his wife Nicole.

Jermaine Dupri is threatening to walk. Jermaine is the executive producer of Janet Jackson’s CD, 20 Y.O. He is also head of Urban Music at Janet’s label Virgin Records. Jermaine is disappointed with the lack of promotion and support Janet’s gotten for what may be her last album for the label. Jermaine is trying to convince Mariah Carey to come to the rescue with a duet for Janet. His plan is to get both ladies together for a song on a newly repackaged Janet CD to stir up some buzz. Jermaine was responsible for engineering Mariah’s comeback, and he wants to call in a favor. Mariah is avoiding the project at all costs. She has no desire to duet with a non-singer.

Speaking of Mariah, has she posed for nude photos? Word has it nude photos of the pop diva are about to land in a major men’s magazine.

ABC network officials want to sit down with Actor Isaiah Washington. Washington made headlines last week when it was reported he choked a cast member on the set of Grey’s Anatomy. Washington plays “Dr. Preston Burke” on the popular ABC show. Washington allegedly got into an altercation with Actor Patrick Dempsey who plays the popular “Dr. McDreamy.” Apparently, there was tension on the set when several cast members arrived late. Then Washington and Dempsey got into it. Washington started berating other cast members, and Dempsey told him to stop. Then Washington started choking him. The show’s creator, Shonda Rhimes, is distraught, and she’s afraid Washington may be fired from the show. Everyone involved is trying to downplay the incident, but if Washington’s temper can’t be controlled, he may be replaced as “Dr. Burke.” Washington is a classically-trained actor, and word has it he is upset because he is not seen as the star of the ensemble show.

Debbie’s got her cash, and she’s gone! Debbie Rowe, the ex-Mrs. Michael Jackson, proved she can be easily brought. Rowe is the biological mother of Prince and Paris Jackson. Michael Jackson is the kids’ custodial parent. Rowe had her children with a sperm donor, and she signed them away for money. A few years ago, she and Jackson had a falling out and he cut off her money. She then took him back to court declaring she wanted her children back in her life. A judge sided with her and granted parental rights. Rowe then made a deal with Jackson. He has to give close to $1 million a year, and then she will stay away and let him have the kids. Rowe is a disgrace! She just wanted some money. She never gave a damn about those kids! Michael is currently living in Ireland with the kids, and they are being raised by their nanny, Grace.

Whitney Houston has officially filed for divorce from Bobby Brown. Whitney is back with former best friend Robyn Crawford. Crawford is now Whitney’s manager. Whitney and Robyn were so close at one point, many thought they were lovers, and then came Bobby. Bobby and Robyn hated each other, and Robyn ended her friendship with Whitney. Now with Bobby out of the picture, Robyn has returned. Bobby is trying to get back on his feet. Life without Whitney and her money is hard. He recently caught up on his child support payments. Now, Bobby has to keep the money coming in so he can stay out of jail. Bobby wants to do another reality show, and he’s been trying to convince Boxer Mike Tyson to go along with the idea. Tyson is trying to revive his career. He recently announced he would be returning to the ring to fight women. He says no one will get hurt.

Ruben Studdard is back. The former American Idol Winner is lighter and looking for love. Studdard has lost close to 100 pounds, via diet and exercise, and he is now a vegetarian. He has a new album called The Return, and he says he is ready for a wife and kids.

The R Kelly child pornography trial saga continues. Pre-trial motions are scheduled to take place on October 27th, and an actual trial date will be announced. This case has dragged on for four years. If convicted, Kelly faces 15 years in prison, a $100 thousand fine and he will be forced to register as a sex offender. R Kelly says it was not him on the infamous sex tape with a 14-year old girl. The girl is now a woman and she says it was not R Kelly on the tape. She just wants the case to go away. She is getting ready to get married. Her parents are standing behind her insisting that the man on the tape is not R Kelly.

Chaka Khan opens up in the new issue of Essence magazine. Actress Sanaa Lathan is on the cover. Chaka talks about the murder trial involving her son Damien. He accidentally shot and killed a teenager, but was later acquitted. Chaka says it was a difficult time for her and she questioned her parenting skills. She also admitted she received death threats at that time.

Tina Turner drunk in London? According to recently published photos, Turner, 70, appeared out of it and wobbly. Let’s hope she doesn’t have a drinking problem.

Jamie Foxx and Karrine Steffans? Steffans, a.k.a. Superhead, is the author of the book Confessions of A Video Vixen. Steffans has bedded everyone from Bobby Brown, Ray J, Vin Diesel, Ja-Rule, Bill Maher, Puffy, Usher to Jay-Z, to name a few. I guess it’s time for Jamie to be added to the list.

Singer Gladys Knight will be introducing her fashion line at the end of the month. Knightware Fashions will feature Loungewear sold exclusively at Ashley Stewart Stores.

Usher is recovering from a severe case of strep throat. His illness forced him to leave the Broadway production of the musical Chicago one week early. His illness cost the show $400 thousand because people wanted their money back. Despite his illness, everyone is hailing his performance in the musical. They hope he returns to do another musical.

Congrats to Tyler Perry. He just won the book of the year award at the Quill Awards for his book Don’t Make A Black Woman Take Off Her Earrings. Maya Angelou won the Poetry Award for her book Amazing Peace.

Comedienne/Actress Mo’Nique is gearing up for a busy 2007. She has a new cookbook coming out on November 1st called Skinny Cooks Can’t Be Trusted. The book is full of flavor and butter for some tasty dishes. Mo’Nique is also gearing up for her new show on the VH1 network. Mo’Nique will be teaming up with the beauty editor of Essence magazine, Mikki Taylor, to fix up the female contestants from the Flavor of Love show. If you thought these women were disgusting, trifling, loud, and a hot behind mess, well Mo’Nique is coming to their rescue to help them find some style. The show will debut in February. She is also planning another season of her hit beauty pageant Mo’Nique’s Fat Chance on the Oxygen Channel. Next year, the ladies are going to Paris.

One of the busiest Actors in Hollywood is Terrence Howard. Last week, he signed on for a movie based on the life of Country Singer Charlie Pride, and he’s also going to do a movie with Robert Downey, Jr. based on the Marvel Comic character Iron Man.

Congratulations to Actor Sidney Poitier. He’s the 2006 recipient of the Marian Anderson Award. This award is given to an outstanding artist and humanitarian. The awards ceremony will happen in Philadelphia. Past recipients include Oprah Winfrey, Harry Belafonte, Gregory Peck, Danny Glover and Ruby Dee and the late Ossie Davis. The fallout continues on the ABC TV show Grey’s Anatomy, and Boris Kodjoe may be just what the doctor ordered. Ever since Actor Isaiah Washington, who plays “Dr. Burke,” choked a cast member, Actor Patrick Dempsey, and made a gay slur against another cast member, T. R. Knight, execs are scrambling to keep calm on the show. Knight, who plays “George” on the show, came out of the closet when the story broke because he knew his secret was out. Dempsey has been quiet about the fight, and other cast members are being coy downplaying the incident. Does Isaiah Washington have anger management issues? When will he apologize? At press time, he was scheduled to sit down and talk about the incident with Ellen DeGeneres. This was not the first time that Isaiah Washington has had trouble with cast members. In 2000 when he guest starred on the Showtime series Soul Food, he got into a fight with Actress Nicole Ari Parker and Producer Tracey Edmonds, the ex-wife of Babyface. After his altercation with the ladies, he was never invited back on the show. Isn’t it ironic that Nicole Ari Parker’s husband, Actor Boris Kodjoe, is being interviewed as a possible replacement for Washington. ABC execs and staff members want Washington replaced. They feel he is a loose cannon waiting to explode again.

Producer Jermaine Dupri has left the building, and has landed his own record label. Dupri was so upset with Virgin Records and their handling of Janet Jackson’s latest album, 20 Y.O., he quit his job as the head of their Urban Music Division. Dupri feels Virgin dropped the ball on the album, which has proven to be a sales disaster. Dupri is about to sign a new deal with EMI Records, and he will be getting his own record label. Of course, he will sign Janet Jackson as his first artist. While Jermaine blames Virgin for the poor sales of Janet’s album, many people are pointing the finger at him. They feel Dupri made a big mistake trying to turn a 40-year Pop Icon into a Hip Hop Diva. They also feel he had too much influence on the album. He barely let Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis do their job. Dupri is controlling every move that Janet makes. Friends fear he may be ruining her career.

I AM NO LONGER A SLAVE TO THE UNITED STATES! Actor Wesley Snipes was indicted last week as a tax cheat. He owes the U.S. Government over $12 million in taxes. Wesley is currently in the African nation of Namibia filming a movie. He left the U.S. with his Korean wife and their kids. Since he is in Namibia, the United States can’t get him extradited. Wesley has no plans to return to the states or pay his taxes.

Diana Ross is letting her bitterness show. The motion picture Dreamgirls is due to hit theatres in late December. A lot of people are eager to see the movie, which is loosely based on the experiences of The Supremes and other girl groups from the 60’s. The movie stars Beyonce, who plays “Deena Jones,” the Diana Ross Diva-like character. Eddie Murphy, Jamie Foxx and Jennifer Hudson also star. Diana Ross feels she is being ripped off, and she is not happy with the movie. She also hated the Broadway musical, which made a star out of Sheryl Lee Ralph, who originally played the Diana Ross Diva-like character. Diana feels they changed just enough elements in the Dreamgirls story to keep her from getting royalties. She is also insulted that she was not asked to give any input. Despite her wealth, Diana Ross is not happy with her career, but it’s her own fault. She ruined The Supremes reunion with Mary Wilson and Cindy Birdsong with her demands. Right now, she doesn’t have the great career and success that Barbara Streisand is enjoying or Cher or Tina Turner. I love Diana, but her attitude has to change. You can be a Diva, but don’t let your bitterness show.

Friends of Nicole Richie are warning her to be careful now that she is best friends again with Paris Hilton. Paris is known for using people, and Nicole can be needy. Nicole is going through a rough time. She recently lost her grandmother. At press time, there was no word on whether it was Lionel’s mother or her mom, Brenda’s mother.

Singer Toni Braxton has had a hard time coping since revealing her son Diesel has autism. Braxton and her husband knew something was wrong with their child, but doctors took a while discovering the problem. Braxton is currently doing a long running engagement in Las Vegas, and she frequently breaks down when talking about her son during her show.

Boxer Mike Tyson says his career has been a joke, and his biggest regret in life is sleeping with so many women. Tyson claims he had children with people he had no business having children with.

The Flavor of Love Reunion Show is set to air this weekend, and the girls go on the attack against New York. She may be a two time loser to Flavor Flav, but she is getting her own show next spring on VH1 called The Flavorette. The other contestants on the show hated her, and let her know it. New York, a.k.a. Tiffany Pollard, could care less because next year, she is going to find her true love.

Tony award-winning Actress La Chanze is leaving the Broadway musical The Color Purple. La Chanze, who played “Miss Celie,” is leaving the musical in early November. She will be replaced by her understudy. Sources close to the production are not surprised about her departure because she was always taking off from the show. The Color Purple is an Oprah Winfrey Production. I’m sure she’s disappointed by La Chanze’s decision, but the show will go on without her. La Chanze has written two children’s books, and she says she looks forward to spending time with family and pursuing TV and film work.

Former America’s Next Top Model Winner Eva Pigford is going to be hosting a new reality show on BET called My Model Looks Better Than Your Model. The show debuts in early November, and one of the guest judges is Fashion Stylist and Author Lloyd Boston.

Evelyn “Champagne” King is making a comeback. King is best known for the 1978 classic Shame. She is planning to release her first album in a decade next year.

What’s going on with Supermodel/Talk Show Host Tyra Banks. On a recent episode of her talk show, she appeared with no makeup and she was screaming and jumping up and down proclaiming how great Vaseline is. Sometimes she is too over the top, and it’s too much to watch. Tyra, please stop trying so hard! In a recent interview, Tyra opened up about a past relationship with a boyfriend who abused her emotionally and physically. She wouldn’t name the boyfriend, but sources say it was Director John Singleton. She starred in his movie Higher Learning. Singleton has a reputation for being rough with the ladies. Years ago, he made headlines for choking one of his baby mommas.

Former Basketball Star Dennis Rodman is putting himself up for auction on EBAY. For almost $8 thousand, you can spend the night with the worm, which includes dinner and a visit to a strip club.

Bobby Brown has found a gig. He is currently filming a movie role in Los Angeles playing an old man. He has also been spotted with a new mystery woman.

Mega Producer Quincy Jones has been named as a culture and arts consultant for the 2008 Summer Olympics. Jones is also going to compose an original song for the games.

Tom Cruise has set a wedding date with his baby momma Katie Holmes for November 18th, and he’s looking to get his career back on track. First up, no more jumping on couches....second, picking movie roles that could land him as Oscar. He is currently in talks with Director Spike Lee about doing a movie together. His latest film, Mission Impossible III with Laurence Fishburne and Ving Rhames, arrives on DVD at the end of the month.

Friends of Producer Teddy Riley are consoling him after his latest marriage disaster. Riley learned the hard way that you can’t always find love on the internet. When he met Melinda Santiago, he thought he found true love and married her right away. He should have conducted a background check. Once they exchanged I do’s, he found out that she has been around the block and back again. Some of her former lovers include Usher and Tyrese. Tyrese dumped her when he realized she has Usher’s name tattooed on her body. Riley is not only a talented producer but a very nice guy. To get burned like this is not only embarrassing, but it’s hurtful. Let’s hope he takes his time the next time he finds love.

According to Gossip Guru Jawn Murray, Vivica A. Fox has found life after Dancing With The Stars. Vivica will be appearing on one of my favorite shows, HBO’s Curb Your Enthusiasm. The show stars Larry David. I am so happy for her. She was voted off of Dancing With The Stars too soon. She was a fierce dancer.

She’s rich and famous, but has refused to hit the road to do shows with the girls. The girls in the group are not as famous and they need money, so they going on tour without her. This Actor is very married with a grown daughter. He has a loyal wife, but he cheats on her all the time. When he signs on to do movies, he has a clause in his contract demanding that the studios provide him with prostitutes and strippers for his enjoyment. The studios are getting tired of his demands. Isaiah Washington has his bedside manner down—it's his on-set manners he needs to work on.
The Grey's Anatomy doc has issued an apology for reportedly using a homophobic slur and shoving costar Patrick Dempsey during an on-set argument two weeks ago that's since been escalated to near mythical throw-down proportions.
"I sincerely regret my actions and the unfortunate use of words during the recent incident on-set," the 43-year-old told People magazine in a statement. "Both are beneath my own personal standards.
"I have nothing but respect for my coworkers...and have apologized personally to everyone involved."
That would be Dempsey and, presumably, T.R. Knight.
The fracas took place on Oct. 9 and reportedly stemmed from both mounting tensions between costars—exacerbated the week before when the cast was shooting in close quarters on location, sources told E! Online—and the alleged tardiness of Knight.
According to reports of the incident, the hot doc trio was due to shoot a scene together for which Knight was running late. Washington reportedly commented on his tardiness, at which point Dempsey stepped in to defend his absent costar.
The New York Daily News claimed that Washington then threw out some unsavory—and very un-PC remarks—toward Dempsey, grabbing him by his McDreamy throat and giving him a shove.
While the stars of the show have confirmed in the most general terms that some sort of skirmish took place, they have refused to divulge what exactly transpired, though through what little details they have released, they've been careful to downplay the dustup.
A few days after the reports began circulating—and when it was clear they weren't going away—Washington released a statement saying there had been a "difference of opinions" but that no punches were thrown because "our faces are too beautiful for that!"
Katherine Heigl appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show this week, further downplaying the altercation, calling it "something silly and manly...there was a little burst of testosterone in the room and then within five minutes everything was totally fine."
Not with the fans.
Apparently not content with the perfunctory acknowledgment and quick dismissal of the incident, several Websites began calling for Washington, who plays Dr. Preston Burke on the show, to be replaced. Others dug up supposedly similar, though barely corroborated, incidents from his past.
"I found [those rumors] not only ridiculous but offensive that we would consider replacing a member of our family," Shonda Rhimes, the show's creator, told People. "And also the [idea] that one black man was interchangeable with another seemed disturbing to me."
"The mood's what the mood's always been," she told the magazine. "We have a group of people who are more of a family than anything else. We have our fun days, and we have our days when people are tired and the work is hard."
However, the story wouldn't seem to stop gaining traction, making the most headway last week, when Knight came out, admitting he was gay to "quiet any unnecessary rumors that might be out there."
The rumor mill began working overtime, with speculation mounting that his disclosure was timed to the aftermath of the incident and that he was forced to reveal his sexuality in response to questions over whom the alleged homophobic slur was directed at. [/quote]

Naomi Campbell is once again in trouble with the law.

British police arrested the supermodel on Wednesday for allegedly assaulting her drug counselor. The alleged victim made a formal complaint and Campbell was detained.

A police rep, who according to protocol cannot identify persons unless they are charged with a crime (it has yet to be decided whether Campbell will be charged), told PEOPLE: "Early in the afternoon on Oct. 25 a woman attended a central London police station alleging an assault on her at an address in Westminster."

He continued, "Officers attended the address, and a woman aged 36 years was arrested at approximately 1:20 p.m. for alleged assault. She was taken to a central London police station and was later bailed to return this morning.

"She returned and was further bailed to a future date pending further enquiries."

A spokesman for Campbell reportedly told a British newspaper, "We believe there has been a misunderstanding. Once police have investigated we are sure this will be resolved satisfactorily."

I AM NO LONGER A SLAVE TO THE UNITED STATES! Actor Wesley Snipes was indicted last week as a tax cheat. He owes the U.S. Government over $12 million in taxes. Wesley is currently in the African nation of Namibia filming a movie. He left the U.S. with his Korean wife and their kids. Since he is in Namibia, the United States can’t get him extradited. Wesley has no plans to return to the states or pay his taxes.

How long do you honestly think that he's going to stay out of the country? I think he'll be sneaking back in after a few years.

Reese Witherspoon & Ryan Phillippe Split

Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe have separated after seven years of marriage, PEOPLE has confirmed.

"We are saddened to announce that Reese and Ryan have decided to formally separate," a rep for the couple said in a statement released Monday. "They remain committed to their family and we ask that you please respect their privacy and the safety of their children at this time." TMZ.com first reported the couple's split.

Witherspoon, 30, and Phillippe, 32, have two children, daughter Ava, 7, and son Deacon, 3.

The couple met when a mutual friend brought Phillippe to Witherspoon's 21st-birthday party. Two years later, after they had costarred in 1999's Cruel Intentions, he proposed. They married in June 1999 and had Ava three months later.

Though the couple seemed to have it all – a successful relationship, thriving careers and beautiful children – they both spoke openly about having to work on their marriage.

In 2002, Phillippe told New York's Daily News that they were in couples therapy. "The biggest mistake," he said, "is not doing that, ignoring it and having the marriage fall apart because of laziness."

Similarly Witherspoon told PEOPLE at the time: "I'm not interested in the fallacy of the Hollywood relationship: 'We have perfect children who never cry; we never have problems; we never argue, we're always best friends,'" she said. "That's just not true. We're normal people with normal problems."

Witherspoon, who won an Oscar for her role in last year's hit Walk the Line, is next expected to appear in the drama Rendition. Phillippe is currently starring in the WWII drama Flags of Our Fathers.

Re Reese and Ryan, why does it have to be that he can't handle her success? People separate for a number of reasons.
