The next couple to sign up for an MTV show documenting their eternal love does so at their own risk.

Carmen Electra and Dave Navarro have announced that they are "amicably separating" after less than three years of marriage, Electra's rep Brit Reese said Monday.

ah, damn. most of these hollywood relationships, to me, don't have strong foundations. you can't just marry based on the "hotness" of a person. YAAAY to will and jada for their longevity!

For some reason, I'm kinda surprised they're splitting. They seemed so in love on their show, and they really looked good together. Sad.

I heard this rumor a little while ago... such a shame, because they do seem like a great couple.

Usually I don't go for the bad boy thing... but damn, I'll happily comfort him any day!

Damn them and their eternal love!! :mad: I'm waiting for them to separate so I can have a go at him!!!! ;) :D

Again, I'm not surprised.

I was really sad to hear this when I heard this on E! I was hoping they were going to make it. :(

Also, don't do a video together unless you're Bobby and Whitney and (so far) Jay and B.

It got Ashley Parker Angel before they even GOT married. I think the only ones safe are Ozzy & Sharon.

He broke up with his fiancee? How did I miss that?

I don't know what happened after the series ended...but I remember them trying to get married and Tiffany wouldn't say "I do".

ETA: I searched, and it's funny, I can't find ANYTHING either way about whether they're still together or not. There was one photographer's website where they had her listed as "Tiffany Lynn Angel" but I don't think that means anything.

I don't remember where I heard it from but I heard they're on the rocks too. She has been threatening him with the 'd-word' lately. They supposedly got in a huge screaming match with each other in the middle of a very popular restaurant.

Well, maybe they went through with it. I know she didn't want to do it in Vegas b/c it was such a rushed thing, and they didn't have their family or baby with them. Maybe they did the real thing later.

It's possible, but I would have thought there would have been at least a little blurb somewhere about it.

ETA: They were pretty big publicity whores on There & Back (you'd almost have to be to do a reality show on MTV) so it would surprise me if they had a quiet ceremony and didn't even do a press release.

If the myspace page that claims to be hers is correct... they are "in a relationship". Someone would have reported a marriage....

Well now that I think about it, I hope that they didn't get married. Neither of them seemed ready for that step.

Especially not with that deer-in-the-headlights look she gave the JP when he asked her to say her vows.;) That said it all.

Seriously. I just thought that they were both so immature during the series. She treated Ashley like shyt sometimes. I know she was preggers, but damn. He just always looked confused. I was not a fan.

She was WHINEY!!! And I'm sorry, I'm not sure how she was ever a model, because I personally don't find her that pretty. Especially because sometimes, the way she portrayed herself the show, she made Britney look KLASSY.

I totally agree. I didn't watch the whole series...just a few episodes here and there. I was suprised when I read somewhere that she's a model. The photos I've seen of her where she's totally done up with hair and makeup look good. But on the show, she just looked very plain and messy. It seems like Ashley and Tiffany don't really fit together. Ashley seems like he should be with some cute, sweet, super-girly, slightly ditzy blond. Tiffany seems like she should be with some big, macho, works-out-at-the-gym-everyday, doesn't-take-crap-from-anybody kind of guy....someone who would stand up to her and get right back in her face when she bitches or complains about him. But maybe it's just because Ashley and Tiffany remind me of people that are in couples like that.

I'm still shocked over heather locklear and richie(?) sambora divorcing. that looked like a "perfect" relationship. to me he was a way better choice for her than that rocker drummer guy.

Ok, maybe I'm slow, but WTH happened with them. I heard something about Charlie's Sheen's wife (Denise Richards?) hooking up w/Richie Sambora, and something about them being neighbors. What is the actual story?

There's been a lot of speculation over what caused the split: Richie was seeing Denise, one of Richie's female friends who's always had a thing for him emailed him some nude photos of herself and Heather found them on his computer, they were just spending too much time apart, the other members of Bon Jovi didn't really like Heather, Heather was upset that the marriage was rocky and went to see Tommy Lee and Richie got mad, etc.

Dave Navarro is upgrading to Brooke Burke.

boo..I loved Carmen and Dave..they did seem like a great relatively low key couple. (low key as in you didn't read about them every day in the Enquirer).

Unless they are Ozzy and Sharon or Run and Justine, please do not put any more couples on your shows. All they seem to do is break up.
