hilarious party themes
Hey i am new to this i just came on here because I just became the social chair of a local fraternity in Michigan (chi phi sigma) and i wanted to get some feedback on party ideas that would be both hilarious and steller. I have a couple ideas already but want to add to this list:
1.) redneck white trash (with a hilarious twist) - all guys have to have dirty staches and facemelting combovers while the chics have to wear their hair stupid as hell. dirtiest couple gets pic taken and stupid trophy. 2.) early 90's party - everyone wears stupid 90's gear from the day pretty much like woody harleson from whtie man cant jump and play nothing but 90's music Anyone have other suggestions ( i know the toga and graffiti and pimps and hoes but those are so played out). If anyone has anything origianl please reply id appreciate it. |
Nothing to add on the party theme, but just wanted to add that I am from Holland, too. :) Welcome to the boards!
(I'm assuming that you're probably not actually from Holland, you just go to Hope, but whatever.) |
Heaven and hell themes are fun. Most of the girls either dress up like an angel or a devil. It's cute.

Good parties are ones you talk about for years. I'm a kappa simga and here are some great ideas:
1) Boats and Hoes 2) The Catalina Wine Mixer 3) Louisiana Saturday night 4) 7 deadly sins 5) Mardi Gras (good excuse to do a shot party) 6) Hawiian party 7) CEO's and corporate Hoe's 8) The morning after 9) The gender bender 10) foam parties are fun but messy 11) naughty or nice 12) costume parties are good standbys (girls love dressing up) 13) Casino Royal |

I think she was responding to the original list "CEOs and corporate hoes", etc.
I think the OP will have more luck in the Social forum. |

I've been to a couple very memorable Nerd parties. Men definitely have the costume edge, though.

I usually hear it referred to as the "Walk of Shame" party, where you'd make yourself look like a hot mess, and maybe wear some clothes of the opposite sex (acting as though you couldn't find your own clothes to walk back to your dorm). |

I think a party where you had to come dressed as a politician with a scandal would be funny. I'd have my boyfriend go as Gary Hart (I've met him) and I'd go as Donna Rice while he was wearing a t-shirt that said "Monkey Business Crew" and randomly sit on his lap. Another great costume, Larry Craig (I've met him too!) and an airline employee or undercover cop. |
