I got engaged on Saturday and it's been a whirlwind these past couple of days. I already have my mom bugging me about reception site venues and all that kind of stuff. It's bad that I'm already thinking that eloping might be better!

I had a huge Catholic wedding and reception at the Queen Mary for 200+ people, and I thought I was aready to elope too at one point but I promise it's all worth it!

I just celebrated my one year anniversary this past weekend, so embrace and cherish your time being engaged... the big day comes all too fast!
