hey guys,

I'm the MRC this year for the Delta Mu chapter at William Paterson University in NJ. Last semester we learned about the Vision program National wants us to use for recruitment. Has anyone else here used it yet? This will be our first semester implementing it. Our archon already spoke to a few other chapters and they said it's worked for them. Speaking about the disaffiation thing - that's happened to us except for the girls we got this year. We've learned that it's quality over quantity and we've tried to only give bids to girls who will stay. We've had some disaffiliations also. Good luck with RUSH!!!

We just had our second info party(we have informal recruitment). The turn out was pretty good for us. 6 girls showed up to the first session and 10 to the second session. If we get half of these girls it would be great!(our chapter is coming back with 5).

We started a formalish recruitment on the first day of school... and we have three wonderful girls, one is a legacy too! (we now have three active legacies!) Things are going well!! I get a 2 little when we take our next group, half way through this sem!

Shippensburg University in PA just started recruitment last week, and we still have this week and next to go! we had 23 girls at our first rush, but not all of them are eligible (half were freshman). i hope everyone else is having fun and is excited about their potential new members!:D

I was just at Shippensburg this past weekend for the Clarion/Ship game!!!!! AHHH I was wondering if there were any Phi Sigs!!! Im in the colorguard and we were on our overnight trip! (we stayed at the Hampton Inn in Chambersburg....) I met Phi Sigs at Kutztown last year... I wish I could have met some of your sisters!!!

Hi! I am a Phi Sig at Sacramento State in Ca. We finished formal recruitment a few weeks ago and ended up with 26 amazing girls! Our chapter is now around 80 and we are doing awesome. Good luck to everyone else!

well, I heard my chapter just pinned 7 great women! and a couple more are likely to be pinned in a couple weeks. This is great for our chapter since they are down to 4 actives! I just hope I can be around more to support them.

Congratulations, Gamma Pi! That's awesome!

Here at Clarion, we have a total of 8 new members. 3 in the first 3rd, 3 in the 2nd 3rd, and 2 in the 3rd 3rd. Because of eligibility on our campus, the last part of the class got started 2 weeks later than the other girls, so we pushed back their initiation. Next semester we hope to kick butt in recruitment!!!

I just wanted to wish all of the fellow Phi Sigs out there a GREAT semester. Hopefully, recruitment will be good for all of the chapters so we can show everyone in the country who is "hot shit" as Jaime would say! Hey ladies, although i'm alum, i'm close with my chapter. So up here in Canada, we've pinned 2 girls this semester...pretty good since we usually get none. This has been the best year for recruiment since 1996.
I hope everyone else is doing well too!

recruitment starts tonight (informal) so far we have 12 interetsed girls...and we can only take 9 or 10 before reaching total!!!! :) wish us luck and good luck to everyone else!!!

In Clarion, we pinned 4 ladies last night! We still have open bids this week, and of course the second half of this class will be starting in a few weeks..... Wish us luck!

we just had our house recruitment party last night and 45 women came!! it was great (and a little cramped). we have rounds tonight and tomorrow the girls sign their bid cards!! we are looking at a large group and it's great!! good luck to everyone else!

I just wanted to wish all the Phi Sigs out there good luck with the upcoming school year and recruitment period. I honestly am jealous that I have graduated and don't get to participate as an active anymore!:( But, I guess that's why I am becoming a member of the Baltimore Alumna Chapter!!! Anyway, best of luck to all, and I look forward to reading the messages everyone posts about their potentials:)
