Vandy Sorors "coming Out"
 

I hear it was hot. Does anyone know any info on it? pics?

Vanderbilt University - Omnipotent Omega Pi Chapter in Nashville had their come out show this past Saturday at Calhoun Tunnel. It was deemed the CORONATION of new members into the "Royal Family".

The CORONATION was BEAUTIFUL
I don't have any pictures of the new sorors unmasked and I don't have many pictures describing exactly how it was beginning to end but when I get them I will post them.
The girls showed up to the show on a Horse & white carriage.
A trumpeter blew to announce their arrival (there was an actual trumpeter)
So they went thru a crowd to the other end of the tunnel, where they got out, met by all sorors in Omega Pi Chapter and Rho Alpha Zeta Chapter, who wore formal gowns and tiaras.

2 little flower girls got out and threw white rose pedals on the ground.
As the the girls followed them lead by the 1st Anti.
And instead of the usual "death march", they walked in slowly and regally.
They had on all white with a white faux Fur stole.
The first anti had on the same thing except in black.
At the end of the show, they were crowned and they left just as they came, walking slowly and regally. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL and THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL

I have seen the pictures and it was indeed a BEAUTIFUL show. I will ask the Soror if she wants to post them here.

Yes those pictures are beautiful. I really want one of those corsets.

i have seen the pictures as well and my dovely sorors were BEYOND Blutiful!!!! i am very proud of the work that Omega Pi and Rho Alpha Zeta are doing... they are definitely an example to be followed!!

Very unique for a probate show... looks like it was very nice!

Dang...you took the words out of my mouth. :p I've never ever heard of that before, but it sounds and looks like it was well put together. Congratulations to the chapter and the newest members of the Greek Family.

the corsets were white... i think they just "appear" silver because of the flash...

At Vanderbilt University, there is a small black population.

Lines for all the orgs are small.

I also agree that it is very unique. Looking at the pictures, every one else looks under dressed.

The Royal Court was dressed appropriately. The masses were dressed as most people would dress...in regular clothing.

I have been waiting to see these pictures. It looks like it was lovely.

They do! They were at the protests supporting the SGRHOs.
