Have You Filmed Your Hazing or Initiation? As part of a documentary, I am looking for people who will share their initiation experiences. I need actual footage of the events. If she's paying, I can gather some actors and staged one. With the whole thing, from goats to paddle spanking.

It sounds to me that she should be looking at gangs, or athletics to find her footage. Greeks don't haze, and they don't reveal ritual.

But then everyone will know that we make our pledges walk naked on broken glass while eating an economy size jar of relish!


Seriously though most sororities (including Omega Pi) and faternities don't haze, and I doubt those that do would be follish enough to show the whole world.

We all do not reveal ritual..and while many of us do not haze...some do.

Just as it's not okay to make the generalization that greeks haze...it's also not okay to lie and not admit that some do.

Are you kidding? Who in their right mind would tape ritual events? That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

Rituals are not and should not be about Hazing.

You may all be laughing, but I know of at least one chapter that video taped "sensitive" materials. I chose not to disclose details, but I don't think this would be to strange a request from someone "outside" greek life.

On the other hand, if she's paying, I need cash. I've got some good paddles and I probably could find some cookies...LOL

More than one has posted initiation and hazing pictures on smugmug, flickr, and other photo sharing sites.

Someone should film their Order of Omega, Tau Mu Sigma, or some other honorary organization's public initiation. Then show how nothing really happens except some small get together with milk and cookies.

Or make up one that looks authentic with lots of Biblical references and then milk and cookies afterward.

But don't you always give your members milk and cookies after you haze them?

I thought that milk drinking was apart of the Tri-MU hazing ritual. You guys need to stop giving other groups secrets away.

I thought it was part of the Mu Omicron Omicron initiation.

Is that the one that involves cow tipping?

I'd like to add that it's human milk that the MUs drink.
