Halloween costumes
 

So what is everyone go to be for Halloween this year?

I'm going to be a pageant queen who pretends to be a member of a sorority. I am going to be wearing a yellow pageant gown. I will carry a cat that will match my outfit with a yellow bow.

I wanted to go as the King in the Burger King commercials, but a buddy of mine bought the costume today, so that means I'm not going as that.

My friends and I tend to dress up in normal costumes, but stand out because we all go as the same thing. Last year, all the girls were nurses and the guys were doctors. This year the girls are gonna be police officers and the guys are gonna be convicts. Sounds boring I know, but it gets a lot of attention when the whole group does it. :p

I bought a long pink wig at the mall because I liked it and now I have to figure out how to incorporate it into a costume. Maybe I'll be a witch with pink hair or something. I always dress up to host my daughters' Halloween party. 45 kids coming this year; and we're renting a cotton candy machine. Good times! :)

KAfromTN: I've seen that costume and it is terrifying. So are those freaky commercials!

I was supposed to be a cheerleader this year, but my budget is running low this time. I was supposed to have order the uniforms from Varsity.:(

I kno, what's scarrier than someone who doesn't talk& just stands there looking at you...he can creep up real quickly, then backs off just as fast. Genius I say.

The St. Pauli Girl if I finish sewing my costume. I bought a pattern and I had to Frankenstein the outfit between the Heidi and the Alice in Wonderland.

The skirt is a bit longer, and I have a different top. Not a white shirt, but more of a dirndl with criss cross ribbon and puffy sleeves. I'm not doing that much cleavage either, it is COLD here on Halloween.

If I don't finish it I am going to be a viking as usual.

I'm going to be "Rosie the Riveter" for Halloween. I'm going to wear my overalls, blue & white plaid shirt, boots, and a bandana covering my hair. It should be original...I don't know anyone else who's ever even THOUGHT of being Rosie. :)

* Functioning Winebox & Functioning Keg (a couple I know did that last year & it was awesome)

I like the Rosie the Riveter idea. I don't know who to be for Halloween yet.

I'm going to be a ballet dancer. I'm going the legwarmers, leotard, little shorts, zip hoodie, pointe shoes route instead of the pretty tutu and gauzy outfit. I wanted to be comfy and not super self-concious.

I was in a rotten horrible mood last night but had to dress up for a Cub Scout Halloween party. I didn't want to wear my usual Renassaince Maiden dress, because I just wasn't feeling that way. So, I dug out a crazy wig that my daughter wore a couple years ago (big long dark hair with some red braids and all ratty now), put on black pants, a black shirt and a black crepe jacket type thing that went with a formal dress. I drew huge black circles around my eyes with face paints, painted a big scar on my forehead and red dots on my cheeks which ended up looking like I was crying red tears. When adults commented, I told them I was a Menopausal Mom... Best costume I've put together in years, and I was just being myself!

Damn. I can't decide. Have my PB Bunny costume. Just bought Little Red Riding Whore. And ordered Sexy Pirate Chick. Must return 2, but WHICH 2? lol
