Songs you are sick of hearing

I will start with that stupid "Laffy Taffy" song! I think I heard it 6 times within the last 24 hours.

Tippiechick 10-09-2005 09:34 PM

I hate anything by the Black Eyed Peas and, Gwen Stefani's Cool is starting to grate.

CSUSigEp 10-09-2005 10:34 PM

everything they play on the radio.

sugar and spice 10-09-2005 11:26 PM

Pussycat Dolls "Don't Cha"

Honestly, I can handle the overplay of every other song out there except that one.

SSS1365 10-10-2005 09:25 AM

Nickelback's "Photograph." I think I literally heard it 189586465 times over the weekend.

Lindz928 10-10-2005 09:48 AM

Anything by Gwen Stefani. Holy crap her voice has gotten annoying. :p

jess_pom 10-10-2005 10:06 AM

Keith Urban.

Lindz928 10-10-2005 10:19 AM

I'd like to add anything by Mariah Carey.

33girl 10-10-2005 10:44 AM

Hollaback Girl. I love you Gwen, but man does this song need to DIE.

There are some other songs that I heard at the bar on Saturday that only took once for me to be sick of them, but I don't know what they are. Bwah.

TristanDSP 10-10-2005 11:26 AM

"Like You" by Bow Wow and man-woman Ciara

That song by Pretty RIcky (I think) with the chorus that goes "Work those hip, RUN GIRL" or something like that.

Anything by that pop artist Nelly

jillybean 10-10-2005 11:42 AM

my Humps by the black eyed peas - talk about an annoyingly obnoxious song

and the remake of that old Extreme song, More than Words. Who makes over a cheesy pop song?

Radiant_One 10-10-2005 12:17 PM

"We Belong Together" ~ Mariah Carey

AlphaFrog 10-10-2005 12:31 PM

Behind These Hazel Eyes
Since U Been Gone

Pecan 10-10-2005 01:08 PM

I can not stand that dayum song talking about "I'm Sprung..."

TristanDSP, the song you are talking about is is by David Banner, not Pretty Ricky, although those little 12yr olds (in my eyes) need to have a seat.

Are you talking about the bar in CLARION?!?! They play awesome music! /sarcasm

I met Sheila, I met Sheila... at the B-A-R... in Clarion...

BetteDavisEyes 10-10-2005 03:50 PM

ME TOO.

Also seconding "My Humps" by the Black Eyed Peas. Such an annoying song!

I'll add "Listen To Your Heart" by D.H.T. That song sucked the first time around and there was no need to remake it.

Oh good... someone else agrees that crappy techno djs need to leave the 80s alone.

And I finally heard "My Humps" and I don't understand the hype. That song is just... weird.

The song is catchy. It reminds me a lot of Kelis' "Milkshake".

SSS1365 10-11-2005 07:22 AM

Awww, I heart Keith Urban.

As for "My Humps," it sounds like it was written expressly for strip clubs.

bluecattitude19 10-11-2005 09:16 AM

All those suggestions are reasons why I listen to CDs in my truck...:(

I know exactly what you are saying. I am 21 and listen to TALK RADIO! haha It is really interesting and informative and NEVER overplayed! The only reason I know any of the songs that are being posted about is because they play them when I go to the gym. :)

I am still liking "My Humps", but it doesn't seem too popular around here so it's not playing 24/7.

I hate hate HATE "Milkshake" though.

We have a station here called BobFM. I think they have it in lots of places, but with a different name. Anyway, it's great cause it plays EVERYTHING.... But the best part is that they don't play too much of the newest stuff, so you end up hearing tons of great stuff from the 70s, 80s and 90s.
