ACHIEVE Facilitators...
 

Did anyone else apply to be an ACHIEVE facilitator?

I am not familiar what that is.... can you explain?

ACHIEVE is the program that will be used at Regional Leadership Confrences this year. It was developed by Gina D'Amato Kaufman's company for Phi Sig and was demonstrated/explained at LTS this summer. :)

I don't have the background they are looking for =(

I doubt if this will get to Canada... .we have enough trouble getting a visit from National let alone an ACHIEVE facilitator.... and none of us can apply to be one.

what type of background are they looking for. Perhaps I am so far out of the loop right now, but I havent even heard of ACHIEVE... I am alum so maybe that could be why?

Acieve faciliatators are going to every RLC - not individual chapters, so everyone sould get to see them.

And why couldn't one of you, in the field, apply?


FAUNIkki, I thought there was something in the last phi sig email newsletter that went out last month, but maybe not.
It's just a new leadership program.

They are looking for people with secondary education degrees I believe, or greek life/ student programming jobs that sort of a background, which I don't have. It's all good.. I will serve Phi Sig some day in a BIG way.... == NODS and WINKS to ALI ==

Once again I don't think Zeta Eta is going to RLC... but we shall see it depends alot on our school scheduales and who is elected into the executive offices.... OUr RLC is at the beginning of our final exam period so we'll see.... it's also the weekend of our 15th anniversary

oh yeah I forgot about your anniversary...well if you don't go to your RLC they should have you with another. For instance one of the new colonies is in our region but is going with region 11 for RLC.

I didn't realize you had exams so early, but it happens. (I know when they were thinking of postponing it to april my chapter didn't like the idea since it was the weekend before exams, but now it's back to the date they wanted)

Oh but children,

I did get it.

I am a facilitator.

Lots of work Im now guessing... but hey it will be fun and get my name into Phi Sigma Sigma more - so maybe I wont be screwed over again!

Yea! Congrats Ali, but you know the Cali RLC will be the best one. So you should see if they'll let you come out for that :D

I would come to Cali if I could drive it.

Unfortunately that isnt an option when I am only there for a weekend.

I just dont fly. :(

Darn, well we'll find a way to get you out here at some point. I think the Sapphire Ball will be some time in April and since we already got Crystal to come out this way we just need you to get here. And since you don't fly that still leaves cars, trains and dogsled (what I'm from Alaska I'll make it happen, just imagine mushing through the Iowa cornfields :D )

See, the plan was that I would drive to Michigan and then Crys and I would drive to Cali...
