MTV's Sweet 16 - Sophie - WORSE than Bobbi Kris
 

Whoa....I stayed up all night to watch MTV's sweet 16 'cause I wanted to see this out of control, little chunky mullato girl make an idiot out of herself.

Did anyone watch this craziness. Sophie was a hot mess, MUCH worse than Bobbi Kris. Her mother was white and had absolutely no control of the child. She cursed her mother out. Then, her mother presents her with a brand new Audi A4 for her birthday. She's 16 and she gets an A4? Father is obviously black and I didn't see any sight of him around.

This little byatch was straight tripping. She needed as a$$ whooping. Did y'all see her confront the little white girl. I wish she would try that on the other side of town at MLK High School.

Did y'all catch that pink & green are her favorite colors. I know it's a preppy style thing, but please no!

Sophie straight PUNKED that girl and ganked her invitation (I'm taking it back to '94 w/ the slang:p ). :eek:

She was out.of.control. When she called her mom a "bitch", I could not believe she was still standing...and with all of her teeth! :eek:

The whole episode just had me [Whitney Houston] Awww, hell to da naw!!!![/Whitney Houston]

I heard her say her mom dealt with animals all day. If she's a vet, she MUST be doing very well for herself.

It boggled mind that she hired a stylist but not a personal trainer. :confused: She was so stuck on herself and wanting everything to be so "perfect" that I thought it would extend to her body and hair.

Aww man I missed it! I thought it came on today. Oh well I'm sure MTV will show lots of re runs.

I missed this, but she called her momma a "B"! :eek: :eek: :mad: I would be resting in peace right now because my momma would have brought the rapture! :eek: :eek:

Yes, it's the new season. Last night was the season premiere, shown commercial free. They also had all of the kids from last season on at the end of the show. Next week features triplets and later on a girl has a party with Ciara performing.

I am so glad someone started this thread. Sophie needed a butt whooping!!! She called her mom a b!tch and I was like :eek: . Her mom took it, she let her talk any old kind of way to her and never said anything back.

When asked the girl if she wanted to get beat down in front of people - again - I was like whoa.

I'm mad at the way she tried to do her hair though. It didn't looked like she ever combed her hair. She was trying to style it like her friends.... but umm, guess that didn't quite work out.

I didn't think the party was all that and the mom spent like $180000 for it? Plus that bad @ss child got a BRAND NEW Audi.... and she was acting like she was too good for a 4 or 5 yr old car? If that was me, it would've been the party or the car, and if she didn't want to used car, she wouldn't have gotten anything.

On another board, we theorized that Sophie was adopted. But she seems like she's a hot mess. I think this is the Season of the Black/Biracial Brats, including Bobbi Krissi.

I don't think she realizes she's black and therefore needs to invest in a BLACK hair stylist who'll be able to do something with that nest on her head. Her hair looked like doodoo the whole show. My guess is that she's adopted or a test tube baby.

Sophie has a combo of a mom who wants to be a friend and self-esteem issues. her mom is so quick to want to be her "girl", she isn't raising her and instead "loosed" her child on the rest of us. as for her esteem, of all her friends, she was the only "big girl".
her crew and the girls she didn't invite looked like the typical white teen girls, cute, blond/brunette, thin...you get the picture.
if she didn't invite me, i'd be like "great, i don't have to buy a gift and fake like i like you're wanna-be a*&...":rolleyes:

I said the same thing! Sophie was the WORST case! She really disrespected her mother, and the sad part is mom LET her disrespect her.

I thought she needed another dress on because the one she chose did NOT compliment her bad figure. The world evolves around her, she stated...wait until she gets into the real world! This is why we have so much stupid crime today, because these kids think the world evolve around them. Too sad.

She was a little nightmare. I just needed her to be less of a bia and select a shirt at least one size larger.

Am I the only one who cannot stand this show? I think they should just let me beat the hayell out of all of these kids. It's ridiculous!

I like the quincinera (sp?) one. The young ladies dresses were really nice IMO. The girl wasn't as bad as the others on previous shows.

No, you aren't the only one who can't stand this show. They are all out of control. Sophie really needed her a$$ beat. If I called my mother a b*tch, I'd be pushing up daisies. $200,000 for a party. PULEEEEASE!!!!

I have noticed that every since Sophie's show many of the kids keep talking about how it feels good because they have control:rolleyes: , they control everything, and keep saying it's their party and everything is going to go their way to their parents. If it was me, I would be like "Ok, your party, you pay for it;)

I couldn't get over how Sophie was straight punking her mom around left and right. She told her to go sit down, and she did:mad: Then her mom wanted to be mad with the stylist and believe she was making her daughter act like that:rolleyes: Can she please put the actions back on her daughter and get control of the situation, instead of trying to pass her actions off on someone else:mad:

Hey did anyone notice in the episode where the girl was a princess and had her prince charming dancing with her mother, that when he jumped up and did a toe touch that his pants split:eek: Lol, He was way into the moment.

That girl, Cindy, was trying to act like she was rich but it was clear that her family was average and lacked class. Notice how her mother had to scrap up the balance ($14,000) for the party venue at the very last moment and how she was actually scared she wouldn't be able to get the money and the party would be cancelled. This leads me to believe they probably took out a loan to pay for that stupid party.

Bjorn was truly a diva. Loved his locs.

I noticed that too & was like what are they doing on this show. If you can't afford these types of parties then downsize. It makes you wonder where are their priorities at and if she can't afford this party, what else are they unable to afford.

I just saw this episode today and I was wondering about where the $$$ was coming from. Is it me or was the father involved at all? I saw one scene where I thought it may have been the father.

No, she wasn't that bad, but I wanted to smack her sister. How you gonna tell me, "I'm not gonna part my hair to the right," which is going to make the party less than perfect? It's her party, so you do what you gotta do. These kids are amazingly self-centered. Watching this show is another form of birth control.

*on knees* God, if you choose me to bring another life into this world, please make sure I keep the good sense that my mama whooped into my butt so my child can come out halfway decent.

I have just finished watching Carlisia's episode & I don't believe that she was any where close to being out of control like many of the past females and males have been.

I dont understand why Sierra was hating on her soo much. Carlisia is prettier and classier than her. And her party did look like a lot of fun. I can't believe she was such a hater.

What made her classier?

If the children of C list celebrities act this way (i.e. Carlisia and Sierra), I wonder how the children of big name celebrities behave (i.e. Tre, son of Will Smith)?

I wish the audio of Carlisia's performance were better. Just so I can distinguish whether she inherited the Levert singing genes. It would be entertaining if there were a female Levert who sounded exactly like Eddie and Gerald. :p :D

Grrrr!!! :mad: Enough is enough. My SS16 is like a trainwreck...I can't turn away yet these kids make my stomach turn. What happened to a good ol' NORMAL sweet sixteen party that didn't cost upwards of $50,000??? I don't even plan to spend $5,000 on my wedding.
