How well do you look at your money? For those of us that notice history related stuff.....Fact / Funny :D

Fact #1.
On the $2 bill there are two "BLACK/AFRICAN AMERICAN" masons on the back....which means they were also "AT" the signing of the
Declaration of Independence but because they were black could not sign it...thats wack!:confused: I won't go there...


Fact #2.

On the old COINS....all the presidents face the same same way (to the left) EXCEPT President Lincoln....lol :rolleyes: why is that? Inquiring minds want to know (if you know post it) I know....I'll see what you all come up with.

Fact #3.
On the $5 bill on the back the...The Lincoln Memorial has states listed in the top front of the building. Get your Magnifying
glasses...lol


Fact #4.

On the $1 bill, the top right corner of the 1 has a spider on the left side of that crest that the 1 sits in.

Look at all the NEW coins... ALL changed except Lincoln still does not get a new facelifT on the penny....WHY?

Actually, that "spider" you referred to on the dollar bill is actually an owl.

They did not like what he did about slavery. They turned their backs on him when he needed some of them.

The paper money is actually made of cotton and not paper.

Where are you getting this information from? Slavery has/had nothing to do with:

1. why he's on the cheapest metal,
2. his coin is not silver
3. he's faced a different way than the other presidents

Never said it hand anything to do with slavery....Did I? (nope) Never said he was on the cheapest metal. Just making observations and asking questions. I like looking at money and the changes that have been made to it :D Sorry if your having a problem with me doing so, it is a free country you know. RELAX , TAKE A DEEP BREATH... Now, on another note, the new quarter is mad of lighter alloys than the old quarter....wow I did not know that. My girlfriend also said the old quarters are worth $5 now....now I really did'nt know that ,does anyone collect money know this? lawd knows I would love to do some bottle exchange for the $5...lol:D

My prof told me that it was a spider. If you look at the backbround, it appears to be a web, therefore a spider. Why do you think it is an owl?

Now I knew it was a spider...a professor also told me that. The next 3 different findings get coffee on me at starbucks...but you must be in the "Ville" to get it!
