Laguna Beach: Season 2
 

MTV's website says it's July 25th.

I'm so excited though!

You really haven't lived until you've actually been to Laguna Beach. I pity the fool who hasn't experienced the real OC.

What is the difference between the first episode and the launch episode cause I know that the first "real" episode is the 25th?

I didn't watch the first season but I saw a commercial for the DVD and this show looks like my kind of guilty pleasure. :)

Definitely my guilty pleasure - i frickin LOVE this show... who do ya'll like better? Kristen or LC? I think I like LC better
- but they're both kind of snotty.

I like LC WAY better than Kristen. Kristen pisses me the f0ck off!!!! URGH. I can't wait for this new season to come out...it definitely is my guilty pleasure! lol

I like LC way better than Kristen, but I think they both deserve better than Steven. Maybe it was just the fact that the first episode I saw was the spring break one where he kept screaming at Kristen and then trying to manipulate her, but I HATED him.

I like both Kristen and LC but I think I like Kristen better. The comments she makes just sound like things my friends and I always say. Except I've picked up on her saying the word gnarly a few times- which will NEVER come out of my mouth!

God I ADORE this show! I am so excited for the second season.

Everytime there is a lull in the convo when I'm with my 2 best friends it will be only a matter of seconds before one of us goes "What happens in Cabo, stays in Cabo!!!!!" in Kristen's obnoxious voice. People look at us like we're insane but oh well.

That is the one where they were in Cabo...right? I thought Steven had a right to yell at her! She WAS acting like a slut, and shit when your boyfriend is not enjoying your show...i think you should back off. Then she goes off and starts to make out with some other dude. She should have gotten punched...i would have punched her! lol. Then she goes off and complains about how close Steven and LC are. Get over it!!

I'm 99 percent sure that they weren't dating in that episode. They were "taking a break" or something stupid like that. Remember in the beginning of that ep when the guys are golfing and they're all making bets on whether or not LC and Steven are going to hook up on spring break because Kristen and Steven had broken up? If she was acting like that when they were dating, sure, that's unacceptable. But if it's spring break in Cabo and she's single -- what does he expect her to be doing?

Hmmm...maybe your right, I can't remember if they were "taking a break" or not. Its hard to tell with those 2 because they were constantly off and on, it was hard to keep track. LOL

But the fact tjat she's like 16-17 and doing all that stuff in Cabo...even if it is Cabo, she still is acting like a slut.

But it was kinda like a double standard....Kristen expected Steven to stay celibate, not mingle or nothing (even with LC) while in Cabo, but she could go ahead and hook up with Sam or whoever else she pleases and expected everything between her and Steven to be alright. Ya know what i mean?

I LOVE Laguna Beach. I'll be buying the first season on DVD when it comes out. I'm kicking myself for missing last night's episode but I'm not too worried since I'm sure there will be tons of re-runs.

The DVD's beenout for like a week now.

Oh really? I thought it came out later this week. Oh well, won't buy it until I get paid anyway. :)

It is good to have their drama back on...i just hope Steven can keep himself away from Kristin, but I doubt it (hence the preview of when they were watching the fireworks). I think I missed some of it...was the premier an hour long? I was kinda lost, but I guess i'll go and find some information! lol.

I hope Steven and LC hook up, you can really see how much like (or lust) he has for her! And the same goes for her.

Dancing on a table and kissing a guy = a slut? In that case, I was a whore long before I ever lost my virginity!


And ohhhh my god, I love that this show is back on the air. How much is the first season DVD? I might go buy it tonight.

I prefer LC to Kristen...I hope Steven and LC get together! He needs to get over Kristen, I dont know what he sees in her, but it seems he is still into her.

I think he is playing games with LC if he is not interested in her because he knows how she feels- so going out to dinner, telling her she looks pretty, and going into the hot tub are definitely sending some signals to LC.

What about that Jason guy? He seems like a jerk, poor Jessica- she should have stayed with Dieter.

Is it just me, or does that Jessica chick kind of look like Kelly Clarkson? I agree that Jason is a jerk, I predict they will break up after he cheats on her.

Steven needs to get over Kristen because he's acting like a pathetic lost puppy. I find it hard to believe that he hasn't been seeing other people at school. I don't really think that LC should be his rebound relationship, but I think that they will end up together eventually.

Allright someone fill me in cuz the MTV website is useless. I though season 1 was Sr. year for LC, Kristen, Steven etc. Didn't they go away to college? how come they are back?

Season 1 was LC, Stephen, etc senior year. It was Kristen's Junior year. This season is beginning from Winter Break, so all of the seniors from last year are coming back for the holidays. That's why they were all back. But LC is apparently moving back to Laguna Beach because she couldn't hack it away in San Francisco. Someone help if I have any details wrong.

Your correct. They are all back for Christmas...and according to MTV's website, LC is moving back because she wants to move to L.A.


I still cant get over the fact that they got all dressed up, and took a limo just to go bowling!!! Dang..if i only had money to waste like that. :rolleyes:

Not to mention where they went bowling at. We have a Lucky Strike here in STL and my friends and I went to it. I have never paid that much to go bowling. For a pair of shoes and two games of bowling, it cost us like $14.00. The games were like 5.00 each. I think I have never paid more than 3.50 a game...gees. So for that place, it only makes sense to get dressed up and take a limo...lol...

But I agree with the over-the-topness of it all!!!!

I got the first season as a belated birthday present yesterday.

It's a funny show.

Kristen is a hooker and a half and needs a slap to the ear.

Stephen's oversized head looks like it belongs on a pez dispenser.

And Talen takes the cake for best California new-age name.

:eek: $5 a game? WOW! I always go onto the military base we have here and games are $1 a person---it costs more to rent shoes ($1.25). I can't imagine paying $5. No wonder---sheesh! lol

I watched last nights episode and I got to thinking...I wonder if LC and Stephen ever hooked up while they were at school. They seem to be continuing something they started at SF. I hope they do/are together becuase they seem good for each other. She had alot of pics of him in her dorm room (okay so I saw the first episode like 20 times)!! Does anyone know why shes moving to LA?

I think that she was getting home sick and didn't want to live in SF anymore. I thought I heard something like that during the first episode, but I may have just been hearing things...lol

Did anyone see the second episode last night? I felt like Jason is a jerk and that Jessica really should just end that relationship.

Because near the end, she asked if he wanted go get something to eat and then she asked if they should ride together or drive separately. I can't believe he said we should ride separately. What kind of boyfriend would prefer that you drive in different cars if you are going to the same location.
