*VERY IMPORTANT* Cereal first or milk first?
 

Some douche poured his milk first and proceeded to tell me I do it the wrong way by pouring in my cereal first.

This is beyond ridiculous.

Cereal goes first and then you pour the milk so you know just how much milk you need to fill. Otherwise it's too difficult to account for air pockets and crevices.

Who else agrees?

Yep, cereal first...otherwise you make a mess. Trust me. ;) Not that I've done it or anything...

I didn't know this was a question- the cereal goes first

I put cereal in first then add milk. If I am having a second bowl, I just add cereal to the left over milk.

She had a weird aversion to putting milk in her cereal... but wouldn't want to eat the cereal dry.

If you use skim milk it is not that much different than using water. But I have also heard of folx using water if they are lactose intolerant, or in some cases whan a family cannot afford milk.

But to answer the question--cereal first.

Yeah but I watched it on one of the Friday nights my friends and I would get together in college and put a movie in and finish off a bottle of tequila, jack, or anything else around by playing movie drinking games. So needless to say I wasnt paying attention too much and even if I was I probably wouldnt remember much anyways.

Friday night movie/drinking nights is the only reason I can say I've seen Star Wars but dont ask me any details. ;)

Why is it that milk is the only liquid that cereal can be eaten with ? If we were told from the time we were little that cereal is eaten with water, coffee, juice, or whatever would we think it was weird to partake of cereal with another liquid ?

Plus, I have to make sure all of the cereal has been soaked by the milk. Pour it all over the top.
