Headquarter, without the "s," isn't a word, Tom. The word is Headquarters, even if it's just one location.

Ours (Kappa Sig) are in Charlottesville, Viriginia. There's currently a project underway to build a new headquarters, and from the preliminary drawings and plans it looks like it will be very nice.

No it doesn't need to, but it can.

Phi Mu is in the process of building an entirely new Headquarters- I can't wait for it to be finished!

Alpha Xi Delta's HQ is in Indianapolis on Founder's Road. I suspect that there are quite a bit of fraternity/sorority HQs located in a little office area on that road.

I haven't visited yet, but I plan to someday!

Alpha Delta Pi's Executive Offices are in Atlanta, GA. They are in an elegant, older house, which is currently being renovated (again!) and enlarged. I haven't visited in years, but there are items owned by the Founding Members, along with places for receptions, discussions, and dinner meetings. It's lovely, if I do say do myself.

Delta Tau Delta Central Office (what we call HQ) is in a Northern suburb of Indianapolis. It is a brand new building -- the first that the Fraternity has actually owned itself. I haven't had the opportunity to visit yet, but I understand from those who have been there that it is a really nice/beautiful building.

Since it's slow here at work, I thought I'd be a nerd. :) By googling Founders Road, Indianapolis, I found the following orgs have HQs there:

The Headquarters for Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity are located in Columbus, Ohio, in a gorgeous restored mansion which was once the home of a former Governor of Ohio. The Heritage Museum is also located in the building, which has been restored and decorated to reflect the era of our Fraternity's early years.

The Delta Gamma offices are just down the street!

It's a good walk, maybe 3/4-1 mile from the W&L campus where our Lambda chapter is located. Our Alpha Chapter was at VMI, also in Lexington, until they abolished the Greek System.

It sits on a fairly large tract of land. On the land is also the HQ for our Educational Foundation, and soon our new flag pavillion.

That's where Alpha Gam's is too! and Lambda Chi I believe is our neighbor.

Phi Delt, Beta, and Phi Tau are all located in Oxford, Ohio.

Wow! All the times I considered myself "stuck" in Indianapolis, and all the places I could have checked out! I'll definitely have to do so, next time!

Alpha Phi's is in Evanston, Illinois. I can't say what's great about it because I've never been to the office, but Evanston is nice.

GPB is in Centennial, CO. It's pretty new and the pictures look pretty! haven't been there yet. a friend went and said it is very nice.

I have been to the Beta Theta Pi HQ in Oxford - it is beautiful! It sits on a hill with a small lake at the bottom of the hill. It looks like a huge house, has a garden in the back and their chapter room at the end of the garden. Didn't get to see the inside of that tho....it's for ritual. I didn't get to see the other HQs while i was there.

KD Headquarters

I hear we have some pretty cool neighbors, XO and Pike , but I'm not exactly sure if I can trust my source. :p

my younger sister (a Theta) and i got lost in centennial one time and drove by Gamma Phi Beta's headquarters by accident. We saw the sign and did a double take. We turned around and drove around the building. It seems really nice from the outside. :)

Chi O HQ is in Memphis, TN - right across the street from Pike HQ! It was finished in 1994 and I was lucky enough to visit in 1996. It has our archives, and all the staff offices, a bunch of meeting rooms and even bedrooms for women to stay when they are their fro training and such. And, yes, it is all in shades of cardinal and straw! It's really beautiful, though!

I also took a tour of Pike HQ and it was very nice!

ETA: I don't know if KD was not there then, but we didn't see their HQ... :(

Zeta Phi Beta's IHQ is in Washington, DC and currently undergoing renovations!

Zeta is the first sorority to centralize its operations in a national headquarters!;)

I live in Memphis& they are some nice HQ for Chi O, KD& Pike. A few years ago when I worked for a pizza place I delivered pizza to Chi O& KD, gorgeous inside (not just the girls either ;) ), never Pike, but I've been told from a reliable source it's quality. Plus it's near Southwind where they play Fed Ex St. Jude Classic PGA tournament each year.

What is surprising as I went through it one night late, it is not that big.

But, neither were the many that we passed by:( I was very surprised in this fact. While Pictures make them look huge, it is only an optical illusion. (Graceland would be a good example).

National HQs are a working facility and that is all. So why have more than we can afford?

LXA was one of the first to move there ah Indy I mean. It was always said because of Central Location. Wrong, it was for Tax purposes.:)

Would love to visit all of the NHQs if had a chance! Give respect for what has been done by so many to be where they are at.

Alpha Omicron Pi's International Headquarters is located in Brentwood, TN. Besides all of the normal offices, meeting and educational facilities, it houses the Fraternity library, archives and gallery (and the public displays are amazing, just ask Beryana about them!), our Emporium, and more.

I lived in Indy for many years, and am familiar with most of the HQs there. A LOT of national non-profits and fraternal orgs are headquartered there because of Indiana's tax laws.

I used to live about six blocks away from my HQ (Phi Sigma Kappa) on 96th Street just west of Keystone.

I live close to Delta Tau Delta's offices. The location is on a major commuting route to some fast-growing suburbs. It's designed to really take advantage of the spot and get noticed by many eyes each day. The building is pretty and well-landscaped, the signage is easy to read, and the Delta Tau Delta flag is right there with the US and state flags. They're doing a great job of raising awareness of themselves in that location.

Our national HQ -- Lyrecrest -- is also in Indiana, but in Evansville. Aside from the tax laws, there are historical reasons we ended up there.

Alpha Phi Omega's headquarters are in Independence, MO. Our office had been located in various office buildings in nearby Kansas City, Mo since the 1930s. When we started to building a real building around 1986, we choice a site in Independence. Thanks to the efforts of 50 alumni (Fab 50), the 10 year morgage was paid off in around 5 years.

I LOVE AOII's IHQ in Brentwood, TN! I have also been by the Chi Omega, PiKA, & KD Headquarters in Memphis, TN. All are very nice!

Beta Sigma Phi has made its home in Kansas City, MO.

What's so great about Headquarters?? They're wonderfully supportive of women wishing to establish new chapters. Beta Sigma Phi is ALWAYS open to expansion, and the International office makes the process very smooth and easy to understand.

Tri-Delta's HQ is in North Texas -- Arlington, I believe...I only know that b/c I live in the northern parts of Texas :) I've never seen it driving through Arlington, so I don't really know what it looks like.
