Amerie "Why dont we fall in love" is BACK!!!

Hello Everyone Amerie is back! The beautiful and talented sista is back to give her all once again.

Amerie's first new single "One Thing" hits radio stations early this month. Also it's a slightly BETTER NEWER version. That includes more vocalz and strings. HOT TO DEF. Its been recieving postitive feedback from boards all over the net so I cant wait to hear the feedback from it after its on the radio.

Amerie is still with Columbia BUT she has a brand new management team which is GREAT!

Amerie's new album is titled "TOUCH" which is due out Feb2005...but I bet U it wont be out until March!

It includes production by her producer Rich Harrison of course , Dr. Dre, Lil Jon and The Buchannans -responsible for Jayz's "What more can I say".
Also I know one collaboration with Nas on this song called "Man Up" which is a possible single and which I heard the BASS and vocals CRAAAAAAZY!

I saw her new video over the weekend. I can't remember the name of it though.

I love the song! I'm hummin' it right now. I think she looks good. I'm not surprised that she's showing more skin. That's what usually happens to our young female artists. I did like the fact that she's dancing more. She has Ashanti beat big time! I love the song.

I love that song. Now I like the black skirt, and cream shorts, but why is she dressed like that in the first scene. The song is bangin though and I liked it from the moment I heard it.

Everytime I hear "One Thing", I gotta get up and shake my tailfeather. :D

I saw the video last night. The video reminds me of J-Lo, Beyonce (video from Austin Powers), or a DC video.

I HAD heard the song before. I think since it's attached to "Hitch" she may get some airplay.

Soror, that song goes down in the book as being my most favoritest song ever! :D

At first when I heard "1 Thing", I was like...Is this Amerie?

To be honest, I didn't like it at first, but now....

*singing* Its this one thing that got me trippin, its this one thing something something something....LOL!!!

But nevertheless, it IS a great song, great single and I hope her album does really well!!! When I first saw the video, I thought she had a BIG hole in her fishnet stockings!! It is time to get the glasses fixed!!! LOL!!

Did she get her teeth fixed? I always remember that she had a little "vampire" thing going on in her mouth but on that new video, it looks fixed, did anyone else notice that?:confused: :)

When I first heard this song I did think that it was Jennifer Lopez singing....which is NOT a good thing.
I don't know if I like this song, but it is catchy though.
She can dance a lot better than Ashanti, and it does look like she is taking a page from "A$$ Shakin' Beyonce Style 101"
The only song I really like from her was "Talkin to Me"
I'll have to see what the rest of the album is like.

I'm digging Amerie right now. The guitars and that "Nuh Nuh Nuh Oh" thing she sings threw me, but I'm loving the song.

I like her entrance on the video when she's walking in the coat. She could compete with Serena for muscular legs. Who is Amerie's trainer? I don't remember her looking like that.

Right now, Ashanti can't hold a candle to Amerie. I'm looking forward to more from her album.

I like the song. It grew on me.
