Oceans 12!
Is anyone as excited about this opening this weekend as I am?!
I have the sitter lined up, and tickets pre-bought...I WILL be there on Friday night! Any word on advance screenings, etc? |
Oh yeah I am so there on Friday night. In Newsweek the article said that that it was more style than substance but who is going to see it for the plot? LOL :p

Plot? Minor details...
Clooney, Pitt, and Damon in one movie? Yeah I'll be there. Which reminds me I need to Fandango my tickets. |

I'm am so excited about this! We will be there Friday night. ...now excuse me while I go dry off my chin. :D |
I'm pumped. I hadn't even seen the remake of Ocean Eleven, but the crew for Ocean Twelve came to Lake Forest to film some scenes on-site, it was really neat. Some of my friends took picutres of the actors and everything!!! So, after finals, I'm going! :D

So did anybody see it? I thought it was great. Funnier than the first one.
...and all I have to say is "Julia Roberts" :D |
I liked a lot of the ways they made fun of themselves, and the plot did take second stage to the star power. But, it was a good movie, and a good followup to the original.
|
Saw it last night.
Yeah the plot was kind of an added bonus. I enjoyed the banter between the actors more than the actual story. Although, the Night Fox's little breakdance/yoga scene through the lazers was really awesome to watch. And yeah... Julia Roberts. LOL. |

It was definitely more style than substance, but it was entertaining. I really enjoyed it.
|
I think I liked the first better, but this one was still mighty entertaining.
And I loved the Bruce Willis cameo. |
Definately liked the first one better but still definately good! I was practically crying laughing during the Julia Roberts scene - and I still don't get the Lost in Translation!
|
Favorite line in the movie: "We could never train a cat that fast!"
Also, I *heart* Don Cheadle. And Scott Caan. And Casey Affleck. There wasn't nearly enough of them in this version. |
The thing I love about both movies is that each character/actor has a scene in which they steal the moment away form the last, like in Eleven when Don Cheadle was detonating the pinch, and Bernie Mac was buying the trucks.
|
I am so excited...i am seeing it this week.
I don't care about plots..... you got *heart* *heart* George, Matt, Brad, and :)Andy Garcia:) i am there bad or good! I also think Don Cheadle is great. I liked him since picket fences and loved him when he did the ER stint. Catherie and Julia work well together i think ever since america's sweetheart |
We went and really enjoyed it.
That villa on Lake Como is George Clooney's, by the way. Is that place unbelievable or what? Would anyone else besides me LOVE to see the outtakes on that movie? |
I saw it last night and really enjoyed it!
The Bruce Willis/Julia Roberts scene was the funniest. "Oh my gosh, I love you!!!" |
I saw it last night. Definately entertaining - which is what I was there for. It was great to see all the old characters back from the original. SOme of the lines were priceless. I couldn't stop laughing at the "If i don't sit down i will S**t on your shoes" or something like that. Yes I am totally immature. Ha!!! I will def. be adding this to my DVD collection.
|
I saw it last night and agree that it was great to see the cast together again - so much chemistry there! I still like the first one better though b/c the story seemed to jump around on this one. But still, I liked them both a lot! I can't believe they taped at George Clooney's house - so beautiful!
