In your opinion, what is?

As a student, my biggest issue is the ever-rising tuition and the economy.

The most important issues to me are things related to individual freedoms and protections, I guess you could say. I'm concerned about a woman's right to choose, keeping religion out of public institutions like schools and courthouses, heath care, etc.

What she said...this is definitely important to me

and the job market

The long term effects on the economy if the deficit continues to grow.

There are others, but I'll stop at that.

The economy will take care of itself if the politicians leave it alone.

We as Small Business Owners can only HOPE, That the ecommy will change when the Elections are over!

As a small business owner for a product such as yours with inelastic demand, you really shouldn't be having problems - perhaps you should reconsider your business strategy?

Terrorism and the fact that nearly 40 million babies have been murdered in the U.S. since Roe v. Wade

The main driving point for me in this election is that the next President is going to nominate a few Supreme Court Justices...that's my only worry. A bad S.C. can make policy that will affect the US....basically for as long as there is a US.

Ditto... but I'll add stem cell research support and the job market.

The discrimination that keeps me and the person I love from being able to pay the marriage penalty tax.

The aging of the baby boomer generation is a major issue in the US now. In seven years, millions of baby boomers will start to turn 65 and retire. Social security, medicare, and health care will be strained. I really don't think that we as a nation are ready to handle this mass aging and retirement.

We've got Italy as an example of what to do and not do.

For me, the big issue right now is the issue of gay marriage. I know several gay people who are in steady, long-term relationships. I see Britney Spears as more of a threat to the sanctity of marriage than they are.

add in adequate money for education. if the kids can't read, write or add, what good are good jobs.

My biggest issue is keeping the hands of white Christian males off my body and the choices I make regarding my body.

I also want to follow the First Amendment--freedom of and from religion.

I do agree that these are pressing issues especially since the next four years can bring in a quite few new Supreme Court members. They will have an impact on choice for decades to come.
