MTV, reality TV show....Laguna Beach beotch!

I grew up in that area, I am not sure if they used my HS or not. Either mine, Aliso Viejo, Laguna Beac HS, Mission Viejo or El Toro. mst likely Laguna Beach though. anyways, all of our HS's are pretty much the same. Spoiled rich kids with trust funds up the ying yang living in a bubble who think the world revolves around them and that life cannot be any better because they live in South Orange County...but hey, its true right?!

Anyways, I know I will be watching it for sure cuz you know, its my hood and all yo! but then again, I'll probably stop watching it after the first episode just like I did with " The OC".

anyways enough with me blabbing. I hate you all. You all hate me. It's a mutual thing. Just watch Laguna Beach k beoch? thanks.

yeah, I don't know how much of this "reality" is even believable? Because it just felt like a teen-angst show, not a reality show.

It kind of reminds me of "Undressed"(another show about college kids and the naughty things they do, if you never saw it--not all that great).

Ok, I am confused. I only caught like 5 minutes of it. . . is it real people or is it scripted? I couldn't tell. I know this makes me sound dumb but I really wasn't sure.

With all of the gorgeous people who live in California, M-TV couldn't find anyone more attractive than these very plain-looking kids with bad rhinoplasties???

I was wondering the same thing! I mean they say it's real life, but it really doesn't look like it: it looks scripted and like acting.

Some parts did seem staged. It feels like the producers were telling the kids to "act" to make it more interesting. And who randomly throws a black & white cocktail party in high school?

yeah, I really do think it's scripted. but it's scripted enough that it kind of looks like real life. Kind of like every other reality show ever.

On to the sci-fi channel I go.

It was incredibly boring to me. However, I think I was still on my Real World High, so anything after it would be boring.

I thought it was boring. I also thought it was pretty obvious that it wasn't real. But the way the kids held their conversations so casually did give it a tiny bit of a reality element. I'm sure they were just told to kind of ad lib.

I caught the re-runs of this show on Saturday and now I'm an addict.

I was surprised at what the girls wore to their prom. Our prom was like gowns and you got your hair done. Also camping for senior trip? I figured rich kids like that would go to like Cabo or something.

I feel bad for L.C. because she obviously likes Stephen and that Kristin girl is a bitch. He's just going to dump her when he goes to school and learns about college poon-tang.

Also that Morgan girl is lucky shes rich or she wouldn't be in the cool crowd. She is not a hottie.

I wonder if they will do another season or if it'll just fade out like Rich Girls and Sorority Life.

Im thinking this show is going to die really quick. I dont see it being all that interesting with a new group of people, but maybe it wont die and people will love it.... lets wait and see

Okay, maybe it's just me but I freaking love this show! Yes, the people on it are slightly annoying (Kristin and Morgan please stand up) and Yes, it seems a little unrealistic...but how great is it anyway!?!?!? I always find it amusing when people put themselves in this type of situation and then get portrayed like sluts, bitches, assholes, etc etc. I love it and I hope they keep going with it!

How ironic that the first epi I caught was the graduation day epi.

I was quite disturbed that the kids were wearing leis BEFORE and DURING the ceremony. Everybody knows you get lei'd AFTER.

Sorry, just being anal and shit. All the Samoans I met at UH who grew up in California were all from Oceanside and Costa Mesa and the like.

But eh, TALOFA. If you value your life, just never piss off a Samoan. That's one of the things I learned while growing up.

Stephen goes to my school...San Francisco State. I havent seen him but a few of my friends have and we aslo heard he went to some party and didnt get it and he replied "Do you know who I am?" Oh well...I dont know him so this could all be wrong.

I can't stand it when people drop the "Do you know who I am?" line with me. "I don't give a shit" is my usual reply.

I saw some pictures when they were at a party called Novemberfest. They took a bunch of pics with people. It was Stephen, LC, Christina, and Dieter. And LC wasn't all over him, which was surprising. There were also camera crews there, so there might be like follow up shows or something.

i think there is suppose to be a 2nd season, with some new faces but with appearances from some of the old..

One of my sisters is a fellow facebook addict and she searched Laguna Beach High School. It came up that Stephen goes to Northeastern (in Boston) and Trey goes to University of Illinois. What's that all about??

those are probably fakes. cause stephen goes to sfsu. and i think trey goes to some school in ny.
