What cars do ya'll wish you had, not Bentley's and Ferrarri's, but real cars.

I saw one of those Magnum's this morning that looked pretty badass, and I could see myself driving one of those. I also like the Boxster...

Anyone else? Man I am bored...

I drove a Ford Focus while my car was busted and I loved it. The only issue I had with it is that every time I went over a bump, the car would make a sound as though it were about to fall apart. :eek: But it still had a lot more power than my lil Corolla.

Bentleys and Ferraris are real cars... ;)

I had Pontiac Grand Am's a few times as rental cars. Nice cars, plenty of power even though some of them had been treated like cr@p since they were rentals. I'll look at them next time I go car shopping, but I will probably end up in some type of SUV. New England winters... *sigh*

My dream car for the LONGEST time, like as soon as they came out, was the Lexus IS300. I didn't like any of the other Lexus models before this one, I thought they were for old people. Nice cars, but too big. But then this car came out and it was small, fast, and really really cute.

And then by some act of god I somehow convinced my mom to buy me a brand new little black one and I LOVE IT!!! And while it wasn't cheap, it was certainly really affordable and it's an awesome car!!!

I also really like the newer Saab's, especially the convertibles. And Audi's, I love Audi's!!!

I am saving my pennies (and nickles, dimes, quarters, etc) for a Pontiac Vibe, salsa with a grey interior. After I fell in love with this car, my co-worker bought one, the exact color and everything that I want! When the co-workers make plans to go out to lunch, I always say I'll go if the Vibe is going! I want one soooo bad, but won't be able to afford it for at least 3 years.

I've been driving my parents Mercedes SLK 320 and I'm liking it. I wouldn't mind trading in the Spyder for one. I really like Hummers cuz their all big and shit but they totally eat gas. And the only time I was ever allowed to drive my dad's I hit the side of the garage.

I'm pining for a 2002 or 2003 4Runner, whichever year is the newest of the old body style. I reallllly like the sport edition in black. Other SUVs I'm looking at are the Honda Pilot and the Nissan Xterra.

I also love the Toyota PreRunner double cab truck, I'd totally drive that, black of course.

I'm longing for a Mazda3 S... lava orange, manual transmission, ABS, moonroof, 6-cd changer, 17-inch wheels... not like I know precisely what I want or anything :p

But I refuse to get one as long as they're only offering crappy finance rates.

I love Chevy Tahoe, in a brilliant blue with black limo tinting... One day it will be mine!!!! give me alittle over 2 years.

Hahahaha -- Exactly why I picked the Magnum, that hemi can roll... I usually am not a sportscar guy (although I did say I like the boxster) so I like to beat them on the line in something they don't expect. Awesome.

I'm going to have to go w/ krazy on this one, I'm a pretty big fan of the Magnum. It's as nice compromise b/w an SUV and a car, not to mention those things just look so hot on the road.

I have to wait until my daughters are old enough to haul themselves around, though, since Mr. KR's car plus mine PLUS my dream car would be a major strain on the KillarneyBudget :(

While it's not my "dream" car, I'm excited because I just got approved for a new 2005 Volvo S40 - the new redesigend model. It's not the Turbo cuz I'm cheap, but it does have moonroof, leather, power and all that fun stuff!

Our previous Volvo S40 (2001) was drowned a few weeks ago in what Ivan gave the Northeast, so it just got totaled. The new S40 is way sportier looking! :cool:

I know, it's still a Volvo - I'm a soccer mom in training!!!

..and a damn fine one at that... Man, that thing is fine!!!!!!

I just got my 'realistic' dream car 2 months ago...a black VW Jetta! And now I'm working on my mom to get a Touareg, I had a Beetle before (not exactly nice but my dad surprised me w/ it, can't really complain right?) SUCH a fan of the Volkswagens, they drive great, not crazy expensive (except for the Phaeton and the Touareg) but super cute anyway!

i've always wanted a truck...i never want another small car again!!!

I totally agree with you here. I would absolutely LOVE a Porsche 911. Black with gray interior though. No leather b/c leather makes me nauseous. :(

However, that is out of the budget so I'm looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I got to drive my bosses Jeep once & fell in hopeless love with it.:) The naughty things I want to do in that car...;)
Anyway, I've been saving every spare cent I could find so I'm hoping that perhaps after the new year I'll have a new car.

My dream cars are either a Range Rover in silver or black or a Porsche Cayenne Turbo in the crystal silver metallic, titanium metallic or black with black leather interior in both of them.

I'll second that! I just got a Mazda 3s (I posted about it here) and I freakin' love it!

i got my affordable dream car -- infiniti QX4-- but it's turned into a nightmare! the damn thing is basically broken and it eats gas. i really liked the picture of that dodge magnum that someone put up. maybe i can trade in my POS for one of those :)

My bf has a QX4. It's really nice and I like to drive it once in awhile. He hasn't had any problems with his.

I'm a big fan of Scion's. There was a test driving thing going on in town a few months ago and I'm still kicking myself for not getting there in time.

when my old subaru wagon dies (which I wouldn't imagine will be long, it's a 92), this is what I will look into getting, most likely.

my camry (1996) got into an accident and is sick :( but i just love the camry's the new ones look like lexus's.

for now im driving a shitty rental (1994 sunfire) its nice but TINY and im so not used to midget cars :(

lol. yes, he is very anal about his car and rarely drives it. I think he's had it for 2 or 3 years and has less than 8,000 miles on it.
