Which org do you think has the most people posting on this site?

Kind of a random question. Wasn't sure where to post it. Any guesses?

Lil' Hannah 09-09-2004 11:37 AM

I would say AKA or DST

According to GC:

Alpha Kappa Alpha

ADPiAkron 09-09-2004 11:50 AM

In 2nd place...

Delta Sigma Theta

50785 Posts
2098 Threads

Lil' Hannah 09-09-2004 11:51 AM

Keep in mind, both orgs have a lot of interests/PNMs that post in their forums, not just members. But I still think they have the most members that post.

ADPiAkron 09-09-2004 11:56 AM

In 3rd place...

Alpha Gamma Delta

13320 Posts
1267 Threads

And of course have to add in 4th place...

ALPHA DELTA PI!!

11703 Posts
790 Threads

Not sure like Lil'Hannah said if the top 4 have the most people-- but they have the most posts and threads!

Yes. However, the question was: Which org do you think has the most people posting on this site?

ETA: It's semantics, but you know... :D

But you haven't measured how many people are a part of that org. All you've done is show which forums have the most posts.

I would still say the AKA folks either way.

In no order: AKA, DST, ADPi, Phi Mu...just what I notice in signatures.

Peaches-n-Cream 09-09-2004 01:43 PM

I agree with AKA and DST. AGD has a lot of members on GC.

For a long while it was only shadokat, bcdphie, fire1977, RandomDPhiE, and me representing DPhiE and posting regularly, but in the last few months I have noticed many Deephers on GC. :D I guess the summer brings more people to GC. I probably post more than all of my sisters combined, lol.

I think U of Pittsburgh probably is the school with the most people on GC.

aurora_borealis 09-09-2004 02:06 PM

AKA, AGD and DST all have threads for members to introduce themselves. Obviously other people will make posts to welcome, but someone could go through and do a count of actual members.

AKA Thread 634 replies

AGD Thread 404 replies

DST Thread 208 replies

Which cracks me up, considering our greek system! we do have a lot of active poster, with a lot of lurkers and occasionals

that's a good way to measure, BUT, we also have new member threads that have gotten so big that they were locked and new ones were started...

DeltaSigStan 09-09-2004 02:41 PM

IFC: Lambda Chi

PHC: ADPi, Phi Mu

NPHC F: Alpha Phi Alpha

NPHC S: Delta Sigma Theta

Scholastic Interest: SAI, Phi Mu Alpha

Cultural: Theta Nu Xi

Good point, I was just making a quick & lazy post.

aephi alum 09-09-2004 07:34 PM

Uhhhh... not mine? :(

My guess: AKA.

Tom Earp 09-09-2004 09:39 PM

Stan, nice work seeking this out!

Not sure, but, I think TKE is up in the IFC too.

Or maybe there aren't that many of us, we just have a lot to say!

KSUViolet06 09-10-2004 12:06 AM

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that I'm the most active Tri Sigma on GC. There are sprinkles of us here and there-but mostly over in the Tri Sigma forum. :)

Sister Havana 09-10-2004 01:07 AM

Oh yeah, I forgot to add AGD in my list. There are lots of them. :)

There are quite a few APO Brothers here, which I love. :)

Jill1228 09-10-2004 03:00 AM

I would say so and that is a good thing! :)
As far as my Triad sisters, AGD has the most posters

I would put Pike for IFC only.

I would think that the only way to know foresure is to know who everyone is apart of... you can't go by signatures or sign in threads because there are some people who don't advertise what group they are in and the threads don't have only or all of that group either.
