I saw it. I think the genius from Harvard is obnoxious and young. Not just physically young but MENTALLY young. He is not going to win. I thought the right person got "fired". I also thought the preview was correct. Some of those women look evil. I thought Trump's female counterpart was going to rip ya girl a new one the way she went after her in the Boardroom. She was wrong for saying that little boy's haircut made him look like Dumb and Dumber. :D
|
I think i'm gonna really enjoy this season. What was the deal with buddy with the cane? I feel bad for Stacy J....she's outta there!
|
Bill is HERE!
Bill from the Apprentice, last season's winner, is in the office. I just saw him in the hallway. SUCH a good looking man- beter looking than on tv actually.
Me and like, ten other assistants, roamed the halls til we managed to 'bump' into him. |

I caught a re-run. Ummmmmm..... One question. Of all the sucessfuly Black Biz Women in the country......Why did they choose the one who's:
1. CRAZY 2. Has out of control hair 3. Crazy 4. Paranoid 5. Crazy! I'm not knocking natural hair, b/c i'm natural myself, but I put some product in it. She looks like she gets out of the shower and shakes her head. I missed the dude when he was carrying the cane. Is he just "different", or was he trying to get attention? What's the story????? |

Gosh...I was sad to see Brad go. I guess he really got his foot in his mouth. I thought it should have been Ivana!!
|
Found this on another website
|
I couldn't believe Brad got fired last night!! One sentence got him kicked off. That was too bad.
Stacie on the phone calling temps:rolleyes: . What was up with that? I actually like her hair. If I had hair that texture, I wouldn't necessarily wear it like that, but I love the texture/color of her hair. When was she on Dave Chappelle? What character did she play? The guy with the bow ties and cane gets on my nerves. The girl with the really short hair cut is bad. I love her style. She makes me want to cut my hair. |
I missed this week's episode..Brad was a little over the top in the first show, so I figured he wouldn't last too long. Didn't know it would be that quick though.
I'll have to check it out next week - are they still showing it on Saturday nights as well? |
An Apprentice In Deep Doo-Doo For Talking Trump?
Word has it a members of the second season of The Apprentice may be in hot water after walking the red carpet at the TV Guide post-Emmy party, and talking Trump. Stacie J., a model and Subway sandwich shop owner from Harlem, reportedly "gave interviews to reporters and talked about the show," which “violates her NBC contract." Meanwhile a rep for the show said: "Our lawyers have advised that we cannot comment on any legal action that may or may not be applied to Stacie J." |

Yes, yes, yes! She is so raw! I love her total look! |
Word on Maria (I think) with the short short hair. I was watching with my boyfriend and he was practically drooling! He likes sophisticated, sharp-dressing women (so what's he doing with me? )
|
|
Can any of you fanatics confirm that Stacy J's behavior was really that bad that the Asian girl had to hide in a corner???... there was an all out assault on her in the boardroom:( ... I felt sorry for her...this is my first time watching so if someone can fill me in I would appreciate it

I missed the show this week. Who got the boot this week?
|
I didn't see the episode that Stacie J supposedly "flipped out" but I can't believe that it was that bad. Personally, those women were trying to save their butts. I don't want any of the women on the women's team to win.
I think Donald had an Omarosa flashback. If every black woman is going to be judged by her behavior, then they should not cast another black woman.... cause that's straight Bull!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

This may stir up some stuff BUT...
I think it was totally absurd for Stacie J to get voted off this week. They have been conspiring to get her off the show since she "flipped out." Now, I thought she was off the chain for switching out on a them like that, but HELL NAW it wasn't bad enough for Ms. Evana (is that even her friggin' name?) to "hide in a corner"! I thought they were so extreme with their personal thoughts. "They were frightened, they were scared, they were nervous." The main point is that they didn't like Stacie J, the ONLY African American woman, and they stuck together and voted her out! Now let's see how those tricks do in the future because they're nothing but two-faced funky punks! I just can't believe that Ms. Team Leader chose Stacie J to go in the board room with them because she didn't do anything to contribute to the team losing. It should have been Evana (the accountant), Maria (with her put together self! She's tight...gotta give it to her), and and her. I'm sorry y'all but that pissed me off and made me think of other things to snap off about. Dang, am I having a Stacie J moment?! NO because African Americans are dramatic people. We like to get loud, use body language, etc.
But on another note, I'm glad Kevin held it down for the other team. Tight stuff. I hope he goes far in the game. I'm out! |

The whole women's team just pissed me off to no end. I hope they lose. Scared bustas!!   |
That was foul. I knew she was a goner from last week. Trump was looking for something to get her off the show. No one on the Apex team gave a legimate reason for calling her crazy. Eccentric. yes. Schizo .No The other minority will be gone next week, Ivana. :p |
I'm going to have to slightly disagree with the majority. While I don't think that Stacey J is "crazy", she is a bit weird. I was so tired of the "Side Show Bob" look. This is a game show more than anything. She should always have her game face on, and never let her guard down. She gave them the tools to bring her down.
She really didn't defend herself in the boardroom. If people are ganging up on you, you have to defend yourself. Talk about the other women, most of them are nuerotic in their own ways. But she said nothing. She just looked like she was backed in to a corner, which she was. But like the old line says, you have to come out swinging. I also didn't like how she said in the car that because she owns a business and pays her taxes she's not crazy. I worked with someone who was a self-mutilator, and she still works at that very same job. Now if that ain't crazy I don't know what is. Now on the other hand, if they think that she's crazy she should have given them crazy. I would have. Before I left the boardroom they would've had to call security on me! Truthfully Maria should have been gone, but when you let yourself be used as a scapegoat you're fired! Stacey also made a mistake when she told Trump that the PM should've went when she should've continued to stack the cards against Maria. When she did that she lost any support she could've gotten from the PM. |

I wasn't happy with the fact that Staci J was fired off the show. In fact, she had no business being in the boardroom with the other two ladies. She is NOT the fault of why the team went OVER the budget and lost. Her mental stage, whether good or bad, had nothing to do with why the team ended up in the boardroom.
Those women who said those things about Staci J blew it waaay out of porportion. Ivana saying she had to "hide in a corner" is really ridiculous!! If I were Trump I would looked at all those other young ladies and tell them that they are the WEAKEST LINKS!!! This is business and you have to deal with all kinds of people. Staci J's "episode" was not a big thing. It is not like she threatened anybody with their life or anything. I feel Staci J did what she had to do to complete the project (which in my opinion was pretty WACK!!). Mr. Trump still did not get to the bottom of the budget mishap like he should have. Going over the budget by $7,000 will get you fired. |
White people are scared of black people anyway. As soon as Stacie J walked in with her natural hair, they were shaking in their boots.
 |
I just saw this week's episode of the Apprentice. Donald Trump really pissed me off. I recorded the first episode of the Apprentice, and I had to go back and look at it again to see what I missed with this Stacie J episode. I'm sorry I still don't see it. They were just looking for a reason to get rid of her. I think Stacie handled the situation well. If she would have came out fighting they would have just said that she was crazy. I don't think that Donald is ready for a sista to run his company, and especially not a natural sista. I like her look though, and I don't see how it is not professional, but that just my opinion.
|
Labeling Stacie as "crazy" was over the top--especially how they all feared for their safety. To the lawyers out there--could this be considered defamation? I mean this was said on national television. What will it do for her future?

N4L: I agree with a lot of what you said. Stacie J did flip the script, BUT it was nothing to make anybody wanna go hide in a corner. Come on now, we all have different sides of us. I also agree that she did not defend herself in the board room, but I guess she knew that they had it out for her in the beginning (since she flipped out) so not saying anything was the best way out. But Stacie J is not crazy at all. They were just some tricks trying to get her off as soon as possible. |
Omarossa's Commentary
Have you all seen this ? On the Apprentice webpage, Omarossa gives a commentary on each week's episode:rolleyes: . Here is the link

The women in the Apprentice are so catty! Jen C thinks that she can do whatever she likes...where did she get that attitude from?
I really enjoyed how Kevin got all into the butts of the girls who voted off Stacie J. He knew that she was not the reason why the project failed. It was a great plan. And they still can't get along. What's really goin' on?! Another great episode! |

I was glad to see Kevin get on them like that. Go 'head brotha.

Now I have to watch the rerun over the weekend. |
Rumors are circulating that Stacie J., the Ford model and Harlem Subway shop owner who was fired by Donald Trump on "The Apprentice" last week, may be unfired. An NBC rep would not confirm the rumors but noted, "I can say the show will feature a lot more surprises and twists as we get closer to the finale."
BY LORE CROGHAN DAILY NEWS BUSINESS WRITER Donald Trump has not seen the last of Stacie J. She has bounced right back after her slap-down on "The Apprentice" last week - and now is working for a company that wants to buy a piece of Trump's debt-laden casino business. Trump fired the Harlem Subway sandwich shop franchisee and model with an MBA from his hit TV show - calling her a "loose cannon" after the women on her team bad-mouthed her. But today, she's announcing her hiring as a spokeswoman and adviser for Casino Fortune. The Trinidad-based online casino company has made an unsolicited offer to invest $400 million in Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts. Trump normally is a believer in brashness and chutzpah. But he was not impressed by the new alliance between Stacie J. and Casino Fortune. Casino Fortune sent letters earlier this week to Trump about buying a one-third stake in Trump's Atlantic City casino company. Trump Hotels could use the dough. Credit Suisse First Boston recently broke off an agreement to bail out the company with a $345 million investment. Trump has given no indication that he's willing to play ball with Casino Fortune - which this year made an unsuccessful bid for the Phoenix Suns basketball team. Stacie J. recently hired Ronn Torossian as her publicist to fight back against the "sorority clique" who trash-talked her on "The Apprentice," she told The News' Rush & Molloy. Torossian's PR firm also represents Casino Fortune |
