I want to know who does this and who is on the list. Someone please send me a list of the people or at least let me know if I'm on it. :D And for those of you who keep the journals....go get a fugging life.

I did, but it's an aggrevating thread. Plus I wanted to steal some of the spotlight:D Am I on the list? The live journal? I just want to know. ;)

I have a LJ but I haven't written in it for a long ass time.

And someone please explain to me what exactly a live journal is and what it's purpose is.

Like I said, there has only been two parody journals to my knowledge. You weren't one of them. So leave it alone already. :)

It's a personal journal/diary online. You set up an account and post whatever you want.

My bad. I thought it was some secretive thing a few GCers have going online and it could have been something they posted qoutes in the try to prove some sort of thing about someone. For some reason I have a feeling something like that happens.

it's nothing too exciting, just a diary that people keep except they do it online for all or some to see. if i remember correctly, there is a thread somewhere where people posted links to their own journals.

I love my LJ, it's so much easier to type out all this stuff instead of writing it, so I actually keep track of everything that happens to me. :D

I love my LJ too. I try to post there on a daily basis but it doesn't always happen. *heh*

Anyone having problems getting on lj? I've been trying to even get to the page and it won't go. My friend had no trouble though.

No, I was just over a few minutes ago and had no problem.

I'm convinced that it's something with my computer. But I've deleted cookies, temp internet files, all that crap. For some reason my computer just won't let me in.

What browser are you using? And I'm assuming you're at home, not work?

I'm using Internet Explorer. Yeah I'm at work, not home. I pretty much sit on my ass for 8 hours doing nothing.

Do you have Netscape at work also? Try doing that and see if it helps.

No Netscape here. I think it might be IE cuz my friend signed on perfectly fine but I'm pretty sure she was using AOL.

That's the only thing I can think of off the top of my head.

I just tried to access LJ from my computer as a scientific experiment of sorts. Being the scientist that I am, I accidentally typed in "liverjournal." When I finally realized why I got to a page about getting on a transplant waiting list and retyped the URL, I got to LJ and it worked.

Nah I work for my parents and I'm the only one in the office so I get the joys of having control over the computer.

OK, a few things that may or may not help:
disconnect the internet, wait like 30 seconds and reconnect.
Reboot.
See if you can get to LJ through a google search for it
Try going to a specific LJ site not just livejournal.com

Try those individually, not all at once ;)
