When I was in school, the coveted singles were SO small (7'3" x 10'), you HAD to keep you bed made, just to have someplace to put your stuff down! The habit has never left me!

I much prefer messing my bed up :)....with the spousal unit of course.

sometimes. My children make my bed when they are trying to make me feel special :). I can come in the room to find the bed all made up with a little note like "I love you mom" on it ;)

I'm an organizational freak, so I have to make my bed and arrange all the pillows and quilts just so every morning. :) The girls on my hall at the Pi Phi house are fond of coming in and messing it up.... Love my sisters! ;)

I'm a neat freak so I really, really try to make it every morning. But, there's a lot of times when I'm running late or I'm just too tired so I don't bother.

sometimes. for some reason when i had a boyfriend i did it every morning if we stayed at my house. when we stayed at his, i rarely made the bed. now, i occassionally make my bed. i did this morning b/c my mom is coming in town.

Same as mu_agd: only if I change the sheets or if people are coming over/I just cleaned.

When I was little, I used to sleep on top of my bedspread under a blanket so I wouldn't have to make my bed in the mornings!

I don't. I've always figured that there's no point since I'm just going to mess it up again anyway. Besides, I don't have time in the morning.

I sleep on top of my comforter and use my soft blanket as a cover.

I sleep on top of my "pretty" comforter so that I don't have to make it every morning. I sleep with a Garfield blanket on top of me that has a copyright from 1978... old blanket. But I at least fold the Garfield blanket in the AM and fluff my pillows up to make it look nicer.

When I was in Bloomington the second time around I did make it every morning, but that's the only time.

I thought I was the only person who does that! I usually sleep on top of my comforter w/ a blanket because it is soooo hot! Even when I have my AC on full blast, the covers are too thick.

Anyway, when I do sleep under my covers, I usually make my bed.

I make my own bed... but only when I have time, heh, yay for college laziness.

Hardly ever - I'd rather have an extra few minutes of sleep. I always at least straighten it, though.

Right now: no- because my bed is in pieces from the move. as soon as I get the headboard in and the mattresses on the frame, then I'll be making the bed up- mainly because the room will be closer to "presentable".

Never, usually I have whatever girl I'm with at the moment make it for me.

I usually don't get around to making my bed until after all of my classes are over and I want to sit on it like a couch. But this year I have a futon so I have a feeling it will be made only a few times a week.

My room is the "S lounge", so I always try to keep it as neat as possible. But I only make the bed when non-fraternity company comes over.

I make my bed at school if I'm having company over or if we have an all-house clean day. At home I rarely do since I have two cats that mess up the bed anyway! :)

Every day. Have since High School. Cant even walk in my room if its not made. I use my bed as a workspace. By the end of the day its covered with clotes, books, projects, etc. ITs too groos if all my stuff is in my bed.
