Hey Ladies... so with the help of the Recruitment Calendar on the Rush Forum and Alphagam.net.... I'm compileing an organized list of recruitment dates.
I have a lot but need help with a few... Kappa Gamma
Hello, I have a few dates for Kappa Gamma chapter at Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi.
This is concerning spirit/work week (copied from an e-mail): Wednesday- August 18th We will have one meeting time from 10am until 1pm. The next time will be from 2:30pm until 5:30pm. This meeting will be in Tejas 106 B. Thursday- August 19th We will be meeting around the same times... The UC is booked due to Orientation on Thursday and Friday, so the meeting times and places might be a little different....We will possibly be in a classroom instead. Friday- August 20th Again....Will be around the same times...I will get back to you on exact times and rooms. Saturday- August 21st This will be our long day!!!! .....We will be meeting from 10am until 5pm. This will be the most important day!! YOU MUST ATTEND ON THIS DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It will be held in the Tejas 106 B Monday- August 23rd We will have meeting on this day from 10am until 1pm and then again from 3pm until 6pm in the Tejas 106 B. Tuesday- August 24th LAST DAY!!!!! We will meet in the Lone Star 142 C. It will be from 10am until 1pm and then 2pm until 5pm As soon as I get more dates, I'll post again. :) |

SAC Day (Information session at Hart House Music Room) – Tuesday, September 14 (day time) Join 101 (Orientation at OISE) – Tuesday, September 14 (afternoon/evening) Round 1A – Wednesday, September 15 (House Tours: 7 houses, casual.) Round 1B – Friday, September 17 (Catch-up Day: 7 houses, casual.) Round 2 – Saturday, September 18 (Philanthropy Night: 5 houses max, slightly more dressy) Pref – Monday, September 20 (Preference...obviously . 3 houses max, dressy attire.) Bid Day – Tuesday, September 21 |

Okay, I haven't done what I had planned to do and that was to make a complete "AGD Recruitment calendar". Sorry :)
I've gotten involved with so many other things since then... got engaged, trying to plan a wedding, trying to figure out if we (future hubby and I) can build a new home and AGD stuff... plus work! YEAH! So I am really sorry. But I am excited that I am getting involved with Epsilon's recruitment this year. I am going to their Alumnea Night tonight and then next week I get to represent Epsilon during the bidmatching... thought I think that I am only going to be sitting in the room while others do the matching... but I am really excited because I have never been on "that" side of things!!! So I am making my apologies. Here is what I do have... I'll try to go back and add any that I don't have already. I'll post September in a week or so... Definitely!!! With competition so strong, so many wonderful women and the strange things that happened the last couple of years, I wasn't/was worried, lol.

And our EPSILON BETA sisters got QUOTA + 2!!! Red and buff roses to our EPSILON BETA SISTERS and their new baby squirrels! |

Okay, 26 if you count the 2 wonderful nm's from spring. Quota today was 22.
We have 1 legacy...sorry don't know where mom was initiated ..will find out Wed, lol. :cool: |
Just wanted to share that our Theta Pi sisters at Lambuth got 8 brand new baby squirrels. They're very excited to start COB.
Delta Sigma-Hawaii begins Recruitment tomorrow 9/7! |
I don't know how I missed this thread, but anyway, Theta Tau's recruitment starts Thursday night and Bid Day is on Sunday, so I'll let ya'll know the results then. Wish us luck! We've been working ourselves to death!!

Zeta Theta got 8 girls through formal (pretty good for them!). They were going to COB some more. I'll have more details about quota and how many COB's after EC on Sunday. :)
