Pittsburgh GreekChat Get-Together '04
 

We're doing a Pittsburgh GreekChat get-together on Wednesday, July 28th in the evening if anyone is going to be in the area. Exact time and place are to be determined shortly :)

So far we have kddani, 33girl, honeychile, me and probably Fire1977.

I know there are a lot of Pittsburgh-area GC'ers who haven't posted in awhile, so if you're still out there let us know because we'd love to see you!

Awww. I wanna come too, but I work weekdays and only get to go home to visit the parents who live near Pitts on weekends. Let me know if you guys have one on the weekend sometime so I can plan ahead and come home that weekend. Id love to meet ya'll :)

You should think about having a Cleveland-Pittsburgh Greek Chat get together, especially during the Browns/Steelers game.

If its in Cleveland, Im there since Im in Brecksville.

I'm a temporary Pittsburgh-area GCer...Mr. imsohappythatiama is doing an internship here in Pittsburgh, and I'll be up there that week...

Absolutely after work, although I have a LOT of early days owed to me! I will, however, have to be a good kid because I get blood tests the next morning (oh, those could look interesting!!).

I'd rather park in Oakland rather than town, but I'm up for the whatever.

Casual, yes, but i'll probably still be in work attire.

What about around 7 or so in Oakland? I'm not up on what restaurants are there these days; I almost suggested CJ Barney's!

Also, Qdoba (it's on Forbes where Music X used to be, I think. Right by McDonalds) Mexican Grill has an upstairs bar that's usually pretty quiet on weeknights

Nope, it's right by McDonalds. You're probably thinking of the other newer mexican-ish place- Baja Fresh- its the opposite side of the street and up a block.

Okay, so Qdoba at 7-ish? I'm assuming it's Mexican, but please tell me that they have something other than tequila!! I hate the stuff!!!
