What I love about the New Kids on the Block LOL
OK I have on Radio AOL '80's while I get ready for work. I just heard "Hangin Tough" by the NKOTB. I loved these guys back in the day especially Joey Joe. I was pissed because they came to my area to do a concert and my parents wouldn't let me go. Instead I had to go on "the family vacation". I did kiss my first boy back on that vacation though so it was a good trade off LOL.

nah. i'm a child of the 80's and NKOTB will always be the best. all the other boy bands are imposters.
|
they still kept it real by makin a song called, " WHOOOOOA.....OOOOOAHHH......just HANGIN TOUGH!"
and, anytime we dance to their songs during lip sync during Greek Week, the girls still go fuqin nuts. |
The Wahlberg brothers.
Mmmmmmm.... |

I saw them in concert back in high school. Envy me. :D
They actually put on a good show. The opening acts were Dino and the Cover Girls. Where are they now? |
I thought NKOTB died in a plane crash where they had to eat each other to survive. ;) :p

The Jackson 5 is still the best!
ABC easy as 1,2,3 as simple as Doe Rae Me ABC 123 baby you and me girl I liked New Edition also. Ronnie, Bobby, Ricky, and Mike, if I love the girl, who cares who you like? I missed the whole NKOTB thing. I did like Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch. Well, just Marky Mark in his Calvin Kleins. ;) :D |

Do you think Donny is bitter because Mark is a "serious actor" now? Whatever happened to Donny anyhow? |

I knew Jen was going to be all up in that isht. If she didn't do a NKOTB update, I probably would've.

I think Joe McIntyre is really cute. Is that wrong???

I went and saw them 2 times when I was in Middle School!! I loved them and bought all of their music up until the sad sad end of NKOTB! If they had a concert now I would still go to it!! I think they need to have a reunion tour! |
I seem to remember them being popular for about 5 minutes in grade school. Then we started to beat up the kids with the New Kids lunch boxes.
I'm pretty sure I'd still beat you up if you had a New Kids lunch box. |

Joey Joe (or as I called him, Joey Joe-Joe) was my first celebrity crush :) ...didn't care much for guys before I was 10. I'm glad to hear that he's coming out with a new CD! As for Danny (ick!!), I can't believe he's married with like 5 kids!!!!!!! I never got to go to a concert, since I wasn't allowed to go to these things until I was 12.

Oh I how I miss those KNOTB days.
I saw them twice in concert. |
i was in the second and third grade when they were popular. my best friend had EVERYTHING New Kids. i remember the cartoon!! my christian upbringing didn't allow me to listen to that "worldly" music. i always got my music fix at my friend's house. i had the biggest crush on jordan. i remember my best friend leaving school early one day, cause her mom was taking her to their concert. i miss those days. in hindsight, those were fun times.

I was obsessed with NKOTB.. I had everything they made.. I think I still have my lunchbox too.. :p
I saw them in concert in 1st grade.. oh man.. I thought I had died and gone to Heaven.. :D Quote:
I can't decide if its sad that I can still sing along with their songs whenever I hear them.. hmmm  :) |
Mark Whalberg is hot even though he was not part fo the band

how about his brother? donnie has become so handsome recently. like on that show 'boomtown'. which is a nice change, cause he was ugly in new kids on the block |
I wasn't crazy about them when I was a teenager in the late 80s. However, compared to the boy bands of the late 90s, I tolerate NKOTB now.
