What do you like to do on your free time?
 

What are your hobbies and interests......besides the internet (duh)?

writing, musical theater, movies....and, of course, the ever popular sleeping.

Gardening, playing with my pup, stained glass and yes...Sleeping

free time?

I dont have much free time during the week. Mostly I use it to catch up on news, emails, and sometimes read a chapter in a book.
Weekends: watch movies, hang with friends.

Work on my plans for total global domination, or take a walk in the park if its nice outside.

I just picked up golf.

When the school year ended, the AD of the middle school i worked at let me take home one of the about 25 bags of golf clubs the school owned. They got bought years ago and no PE teacher has been brave enough to try teaching it.

So far i really suck, but i've kinda enjoyed going out and hitting a couple of buckets of balls after camp this past month. i don't feel bad about sucking when i remember that i haven't invested much in clubs or lessons, etc.

I guess playstation too. Its kinda fun to play a couple hours a day to unwind. Mostly sports games. I've got NCAA 2004 football, and i'd really like to get 2005, because they're adding a home field advantage option that i think will be sweet, but i can't justify buying another game just 6 months after i got the first. Maybe when 2006 comes out.

KS 361 strokes i had when i played last wednesday with my fellow camp counselors, thank god we were playing best ball(and drinking :D )

Music -- I play the violin and piano. Currently preparing to play fraternity brothers' weddings.

Xbox -- Wastes a lot of time.

Bicycle -- not so much since I fell off going 26MPH. I've been back up to 100%, just need to get my confidence back. I was pretty banged up for awhile.

Cycling & reading - I'm a simple man.

And here I was fooled thinking libertarians didnt have the agressive tendancies of other political ideologies. ;)

I like to smoke crack, along with everyone else around here these days. HAHA kidding!

I hope that you are kidding. Smoking is bad for you. You should shoot up heroin instead.

I dont listen to my inner child- same with doctors, lawyers and safety manuals. :D

That stems from many the stance that many libertarians have concerning the legalizing of certain controlled substances.

I do a lot of shopping and scrapbooking.

Restaurants, travel, golf, sail, buy expensive things, look at cheap 18 year olds when my expensive girlfriend isn't looking, etc. etc.

I want to learn how to knit when i find some time

Since my free time is pretty much limited to the hours of 10pm to 6:30 am, the internet is the biggie. Reading is up there, and there are a lot of things I'll do someday, once the kids are out and about with their friends as teens. I love to do wood working and other crafts, home improvements, sewing, etc.

When I have down time you can find me playing my acoustic guitar, sculpting, painting, cooking, reading, and sleeping

Play the viola and euphonium (I like obscure instruments), read, play tennis, work out, dance, do flag team stuff (if I can get my hands on a flag) and just veg out

During my free time I play the violin, piano, & sing. I love to read too (right now I'm reading Breakfast at Tiffany's.) On the weekend I like to go out to clubs that play either house, drum & bass, jungle, happy hardcore/hardcore, or techno (and I really mean techno, which is a genre of electronic music-it does not encompass all of electronic music which is a common misconception.) I like to dance & support my friends that play/produce different types of electronic music!

SHOPPING! Spending time outdoors, the beach, going out with friends, and most of all spending time with my pup:D

As a interior designer, I love to do my work at home. Ill see the walls and want to repaint them or go buy new lamps or change a whole room around because of a job I had just done at work or because of a like vision I just had of my room looking diff. My hubby isnt always a fan of ripping carpet out and repainting all the time, but its a good thing I love to do it alone. I dont ask for help unless he wants to. I love to do it alone as it relaxes me.

Go to the Nascar races
Go out on the boat or jet skis when it isnt raining or snowing in Ohio
Travel, I LOVE to travel
Spend time with the hubby doing whatever hed want, even if it is playing video games with him for the day
spending time with fmaily and friends cause I dont get to much

I also like to harass my alumnae chapter by taking digital photos of them. I got a few good ones last night.

I hope to become a certified SCUBA diver this summer so I will spent my free time pursuing that. :)

"Free time"? Je ne comprends pas... :confused:

When I can find a moment to breathe, I'm:

- Doing needlework (mostly cross stitch, some needlepoint and knitting)
- Reading
- Coding (What's wrong with that? I'm a software engineer :p )
- Cooking
- Gardening
- Walking (good exercise)

i've a yen to find the perfect cheap and easy brownie recipe. a colleague tells me her kids love brownies....
maybe it's time to cook again...
