That cat must have packed a mean punch!

No, it's not the mean cat. This one was mundane - there was no "kick" to it. I'm a bit of an odd cookie myself, so the montage has to have some touch of the bizarre in order for me to appreciate it or think it was funny. Plus the "production value" of this one wasn't as good. Usually you have some really good poses and staging...this one was just "eh". In my bizarre mind, it might have been funnier with the toy owl and a real cat. Or maybe the last frame could have been a shot of the toy owl mid air as it is now supposedly free. I had to go back and check for the actual names, but I liked the following montages: my grandfather beats me can you explain this? eat my dessert the subconscious televised .....Kelly :) |
Interesting.

navane, excellent montage! Very pleasing pictures! Good compositions with a chic setting (nice modern look to the rooms there). My latest montage is that awful painting one, and because my room is a cluttrered mess, it makes messy photos, but you have a nice neat place to help make nice neat pics:p I say, what colour eyes have you got? i can't tell! oh, and take heed of AggieSigmaNu361 and lifesaver posts as they say things i agree with:D and here's a montage as made by someone else too!! are montages taking over? i doubt it... http://elchevelle.homestead.com/file...il_Without.jpg |
navane, that was great.

Thanks everyone for the positive remarks about my montage. heh....I just threw that together in a few minutes - I happened to have my laptop and digital camera sitting right here. I wasn't trying to top omega2 or anything, I was just illustrating my point. ;)

Anyway, my eyes are "brown". Most of my life, my eyes were a chocolate brown. However, when I turned 19, my skin tone got like 4 shades lighter and my eyes started turning green. Go figure. Once dark brown, I guess my eyes would now be considered "hazel". Check it out: http://members.ispwest.com/navane/kellyeye.jpg My turn! Are you Canadian? Quote:
eh....yours are better. .....Kelly :) |

Most people (now and during his lifetime) believe that Chaplin had brown eyes because they had only seen him in black and white with black eye makeup on. It fact they were very blue. Chaplin remarked in his autobiography that people meeting him for the first time were always struck by his blue eyes. And his future wife Oona wrote "Just met Charlie Chaplin. What blue eyes he has!" to a girlhood friend in 1942. Yes, you have hazel eyes now! It wouldn't surprise me if you go blue next year! Maybe even purple!:D actually if you could excavate the brown, you'd discover you did have blue eyes under that melanin! notice how the remnants of the brown remain around the pupil. yes, a very nice iris colour you got there (here i go assuming again - i assume one parent had brown eyes and the other green). me cansien? no. i'm half jewish! but a physical resident in the UK. So a british half-jew!!!!!!!!! as for my iris colour, it's essentially grey/green. |
