I HATE packing to move!!!!

my downstairs housemate moved out today. I wish she had secretly left me a key. :)

I'm supposed to be working on my RPTA exam... but I have an awful headache and I really just want to take a nap... but this exam is due by 5... ugh... the one day I can't take a nap I get a headache...

I hear ya! It's Father's Day, and what am I doing? Writing a paper for my summer school class! :( *sigh* Back to the grindstone...

6 more days of BORING Illinois and I'm off to Charlotte, NC...THANK GOD....now if God would only provide a packing service....

We need a new website.

As far as I'm concerned, they can scrap the whole site if they get Alphanet working...I've never gotten to be on it!:(

I'm tired of school and can't wait til August 6th because it will be over and my temporary roommate will be moved out! Shes a friend of mine but I can only tolerate her for so long but since i'm such a nice person I just don't say much and just think that she will be gone in like 5-6 weeks! I'm liking this thread!

so my random thought for the day...

I had probably the best run of the summer this morning... I ran almost the entire thing and only had to walk once... but I ran a lot longer distance than I normally do... so I'm very proud of myself...

and this morning at 7:30ish marks a week since my last cigarette!!! I'm doing so awesome!!!

hehehe... I had to rephrase what I wrote about running cuz I used the word runs and I didn't want y'all to think I was having bowel troubles or something!!! :D

Random: My university's director of student life is a past president of ASA. She's a great lady!!:D

it turns out the mom of this guy I was hanging out with the other night used to be president of my ASA chapter... it was weird...

Why did my boyfriend call me at 3am? And then he was shocked and a little pissy that I was still up...well HELLO if I'm not supposed to be up, WHY DID YOU CALL ME?? He said the only reason I could be up this late is if I was drinking...NO I'M NOT drinking, for obvious reasons. He needs to hurry up and get down here caz he's driving me nuts up there!

Someone asked me yesterady where my tan was (I'm kinda pale right now)...I told them my boyfriend had it.

Just wanted to share... I'm getting a new puppy for my birthday! I picked out this 3-month old Pembroke Corgi, sooo adorable. Not sure how my 13-y/o Samoyed is gonna react to another young dog around. Hehe.

I'm going to district days next weekend. :)

Congrats on the dog! Just wanted to share as well my birthday is on the 23rd (19 days from now) It's my golden birthday and chilis opened today finally. :) I'm going to go eat there tomorrow I'm so excited.

My chapter is hosting district days in February for our district! Whoo-hoo!

When are ya'll's district days? I believe ours are on Feb 18-20th. I'm hoping to go it will be my first ASA convention type thing to go.

I really miss living in my ASA house...it's kinda lonely here at home on maternity leave. The baby's cute and fun to play with, but I need some adult interaction here... (and most of the discussion here on GC does NOT count)

Yeah so I found this out like 2 weeks ago but it still excites me. I'm probably graduating on December 17th instead of May 6th!

Today is my golden birthday!!! I'm 23!!!

In other news, I just spent 1/2 hour looking at jobs on monster and I am ready to scream.

I'm so glad that flip flop weather is finally here.

I had a major ASA weekend! I attended an alumnae chapter lunch on Saturday afternoon, and my husband and I went to an alumnae chapter lasagna dinner in the evening. Very nice events.:)

Mariana was playing in her sandbox last night. I found a little frog on the side of the pool and took it to her so she could see it. She was a little scared of it at first, and then it jumped smack in the middle of her forehead and she FREAKED out. It was so funny.;)
