Words you avoid typing at all costs....

I have certain words that I will change entire sentances not to have to type, because I just can't ever spell them...

The one that comes immediatly to mind is necessary (I had to look up how to spell it just now)....

What are your words that you avoid????

I try to avoid this word(s?) at all costs.

exercise

-- you know, what's sad is that before I started taking foriegn languages, I was a pretty good speller. Went to a regional spelling bee and won it every year I participated at my middle school. Took French and my spelling abilities went all to hell. Then started Spanish and my French suffered... it was of course all downhill from there :D

Thank God for spell check.

Oppose
Opponent
Opposition
Pessimist
Pessimistic
Pessimisticism
Is that^ even a word????? let me go ask my mom!!!!
Oh, And it's not that I don't know how to spell them, it's just thay I always get caught up in pressing the same button(s) more than once in a row that I end up with like five letters p's in the word oppose or something then I have to go back and erase. I think I have nervous problems... They end up looking like this...
opppppose
Opppponent
Opppppposition
Pesssssimist
Pesssimistic
pesssssimimisticicicism... I really have to ask my mom about that one.

shinerbock 08-06-2006 11:40 PM

I really dislike words with two letters in a row, well besides words like "letters." I hate typing embarrass and necessary.

_Opi_ 08-06-2006 11:50 PM

my first instinct is to type permenantly this way.

I make alot of other stupid spelling errors but that's mostly due to my negligence for typing too quickly and not proofreading.

(Ironically, most of these are false [except for ones like my first one]. We are not avoiding typing them at all costs if we are typing them willingly on a message board for you!)
